news on the advanced discussions with Zubair. I'm assuming we will hear this before the end of May as they will have to get this signed off in good time to progress forward - eg getting Shareholders to vote and agree to the proposal, whatever that will be. So, I am assuming we will hear by the end of May and the results should be published some time in June. If that is the case and other things fall into line we might get news re a rig at/around the time of the AGM. All the above is speculation on my part and given delays that have happened in the past due to requirements being signed off etc( not always Aminex's fault) hopefully if they can get a rig deployed maybe we might be drilling by the end of August. The above is pure guess work but I believe other than the rig they should have had ample time to decide on and start to prepare a drill site. Here's hoping that decisions can be quickened up and acted upon and we can start to become an active company again i.e. with the drill bit. Atb, Northern

Particularly exciting as PW has been getting very excited re South Disouq, so if as positive as other recent drilling successes we might see the SP heading towards 100p. Having read Malcy this morning he is still expecting substantial upside and so am I. I think the issue that arises is just keeping the momentum going and I think PW will move things forward well. the case that FST was show casing their fantastic technology and pushing for new deals. I haven't seen much of this recently and also the news flow re new deals appears to have dried up. I appreciate that FST is selling into huge international markets and some very big market sectors but a bit of news now and then re new deals will help support and move the sp upwards again. Share price has a real chance of hitting 70p tomorrow. My gut feeling is as well as the things scheduled I think we will have a few additional projects that PW has in mind for further acquisitions or joint ventures. I am sure if not that long ago they were looking at 20 projects there must be at least a couple that they can persist. Very exciting times at the moment for SDX. Atb, Northern

Good common sense post Gaslady, I will be following your approach re buying in at these lower prices and looking forward to the future with what I am hoping will be substantial gains with some excellent assets to commercialise. No, too much of a commitment for me I'm afraid Drewky in both time and money. I'm always interested to get a flavour of such events though and usually some posters post a good report of the day. Will be interesting to see how the BOD play this one, this time - be very interesting to see what they can offer for the upcoming year(though appreciate some of the proceedings are tied up with necessary formalities) as the last year hasn't produced much in terms of drilling revenue and profit, nor as a consequence an sp uplift. Would be good if the AGM becomes a turning point in the companies fortunes. Atb, Northern

To be honest Drewky I wouldn't have a clue what subtle deramping looks like and I don't consider myself that powerful in how the market is swayed re prices of shares lol. I am though a LTH in Aminex and whilst I bought in with what sounded a great story of good assets (which are now being confirmed as large, if not huge) and a demand from a country that was crying out for gas the trouble is we seem to be stuck in limbo without the drilling and commercialisation to make this company the success, as a shareholder I want this company to be. I would love nothing more than this company to 5 or 10 bag from it's current sp within a couple of years. Hope that seems a tad more optimistic. Atb, Northern

problem with this company. Having said that if they can eventually get things moving then in a years time shareholders could be in a place irrecognisable from where we are today and the company could be doing really well and starting to deliver on it's promises. I really hope so. Everything they have promised so far seems to take forever. One thing too if the talks with Zubair are very advanced then odd that we have not had the offer put to shareholders yet. These sorts of things don't help to boost confidence in the shareholders in the company I'm afraid but then if they can start to deliver... who knows. Hope my tone isn't too pessimistic would just really like to hear that the company are moving things in the right direction. Atb, Northern

time ago now why we didn't try to start commercialising NT-2. It's the gap between drilling and results that is costing the company dear and it's shareholders. Such a shame they don't have a more balanced portfolio - however, it's a bit catch22 - without the funds they cannot invest to accumulate to invest the funds again. The thing I cannot understand though is why the advanced discussions with Zubair are taking so long. Maybe soon, hopefully! but I've said this about this company before. tweet on Frontier's Tweet account re the King Edward VIIs hospital signing a partnership agreement with sensiumhealth. Not sure why this was retweeted as I thought we had sold the product - do we get a portion of any of the revenues though as part of that agreement. Might be useful additional revenue. Atb, Northern

cannot think that it will have a simple answer. Rita I believed has great experience in this industry and as far as I am aware has had great success in the past. The question is therefore with presumably so many opportunities and costs at a low base and with an awful lot of capital to expand with and make profits with has this company apparently done so little and has had a share price that has just drifted down and down and down. They mention :- On 11 April 2018, Aminex received formal notification from the TPDC of certain claims amounting to US$5.97 million for liabilities arising on revenues from gas sales, of which Aminex�s share is estimated to be $2.73 million. Aminex has advised the TPDC that it does not accept the claims and no provision has been made in the financial statements beyond amounts Aminex had already accrued. Further details are disclosed in Note 13(c) to the preliminary financial information. Is this anything to be concerned about re the relationship Aminex has with TPDC - previously Aminex has always professed a strong and close relationship with the TPDC. In a number of recent announcements Aminex have expressed there desire to also be working outside Tanzania. Currently they made a loss !last year and are having to do a farm out with Zubair presumably to get funds for commercialising Revuma. How then would they get any sizable funds for an acquisition outside Tanzania. Would they need to do a very large share issue? I think it would be a great idea to balance the portfolio but apart from a large fund raise based on a share issue I cannot see how they will get the funds. Does anyone have any thoughts on this? They have done so much so far and I am intrigued as to what they will do in the next third of the year, especially given they have so much more revenue coming in now and they are looking at a number of projects/acquisitions. It's looking good and exciting for SDXs future ahead. Atb, Northern

gone and very little in terms of sp movement upwards - if anything a slight decline. Here's hoping for more success in the next third and that the company can move things on more quickly. Look at what SDX has done in it's last 4 months and it makes me think Aminex should get their act together.
