Am I reading this correctly. At 2.5p we're looking at 200,000,000 new shares increasing the issue by 25% which in turn would trigger a 20% dilution? But 20% of what? The company is hideously overvalued on fundamentals, I'd guess that once the details of the offer are revealed we'll see the SP fall to within 200% of it.

Maybe something to do with recent talks of government spending cuts affecting all construction companies involved with intrastructure and commercial build. What do you think?

Spread's not indicative of trades. I bought at 3.89p when the mid was 3.75p and buy was indicated at 4p. I bought 'at best' aswell.
