Hi James, not been doing much of late. I've got too much lying idle in CSLT at the moment. Very frustrating share and one I just cannnot fathom. When it gets back into profit, I'll be out I think. Did OK with the Russians and Mexicans recently, ENRC put on 30% from the low of three weeks ago to yesterday's high. I didn't manage to catch it all, but did OK. If I'd had my CSLT money available, I'd have done even better.
AKT - Interesting one. If you are in already, I'd hang on. There is the good chance of a T/O as they are quite cash rich. However the similarity with Intercytex worries me, I lost a lot there and don't want to repeat the process. The danger is that predators may see the Cerepro refusal as a weakness and merely wait until AKT are forced into a fire sale. Although the company are still trading, they are not really profitable and the development costs of the other pipeline products are high, so they are reliant on the wound care business to keep them afloat and IMO this will not be possible for long. We may see an increase in SP if buyers see the chance of a T/O above current SP, but as I said previously, certainly not one for widows or orphans.
Got a few more in the offing. OML, PAL and MWG are all under the microscope at the moment and I may well be putting them in the 'Buy' column soon. Glad NVTA is doing well for you, it will do better. Sad to see HAWK and MWA not doing well, especially HAWK. I've looked at them and they should be doing better, but like CSLT, they are a lazy share. Glad things in Northampton are going well, don't forget my invite !
