AMG get 3% of the final deal... their market cap atm was £4.58m this morning divided by 3 was £1.52m x 100 is £152m. My personal view is on completion amg's 3% is going to be around £18m taking debt into account with the value of the UPSA+AMG on completion around £600m... just my opinion.
