According to AI shares could be suspended anytime after the companies have reached an agreement and apply for FCA approval. Don't know how accurate that is.

Wouldn't a placing by amg at this point complicate the process, there will be a placing(as stated by amg) but isn't it more likely to be at the point the RTO completes ?

I would have thought after yesterdays vote the RTO is more certain than ever to go through.
