At the moment AMG have market cap of £4.58m which if it stays that way it would mean the completed rto would be valued at about £152,000,000 for a £1bn valued company. Thats all I need to know..

Impossible to say at this point but we can put ourselves in the boards shoes and try and imagine what they need to do. It looks like they will be paying off debt and raising working capital. My original estimate was 1.20-1.30 but I now think 95-1.05p would be a sensible realistic value. Just my opinion and could be way off .

Looking forward to this being completed very likely before Christmas, I expect a few nervy sellers but this is still a good bet imo.

Maybe because its an AGM announcement and not a trading update. Last year we got a trading update between the AGM announcement and the actual meeting. They have made good progress this year so I can't fathom why you're so concerned ?

I'd be pretty sure this goes through, UPSA need to go to market at the stage they are at imo. It'll open extra funding and they can start pushing forward and making money.

Working on the £1bn valuation and UPSA's liabilities I shall bail between £1.20-£1.30

I'm invested here and have been trying to work out UPSA value... they have over 1bn in assets but most of that is still in the ground so how do you start to put a value on it from an SP perspective ?

HL were showing 1.36 sell 1.55 buy but a dummy sell is still 1.45

They need to find 375oz just to cover this years raises.

The 'premium' doesn't really come into the equation as there seems to be very little gold.
