I said in my last 2 posts that's it's overachieved on frankly de minimis news, and thus expect a drop/plateau - and it's came to pass - overall it's been an amazing few weeks..with only my Metro Banks stocks having done better - and you probably don't want to get on that ride !

It might be a day of taxiing I suspect, before the next 'doors to manual' moment......

They'll no doubt be a small correction to such fervour, the rise of late is above linear, though so no biggy, if it drops/steadies !

Anyone know if the retail expansion still happening from Q4 2023 announcement to augment pivot to specialist lending - vis below statement.

Commitment 3 is not on track. We remain fully committed to expanding our store network in the

North of England, but our recent announcement that we will review our 7-day a week store model, and

reduce the number of colleagues per store, has meant that we have now pivoted our search to smaller

sites and withdrawn from negotiations on larger sites in specific city centre locations. We also continue

to find the market for site acquisition challenging, especially for retail park locations.

Think the £4.37 is what the journalist hack plucked out the air to get to a huge figure of £60 million. £1.20 the start point seems pretty easy - £1.50-2.00 doable but tough ask.

10-15 % doubloons if price has not risen exponentially before announcement, and a more parsimonious 5-10% of doubloonage, if it has risen quite a lot day or so before.

I say this, bit tongue-in-cheek, but variance is akin to Nancy Pelosi stock picker and various other UK/US Govt stockpickers....whom seem to pick a stock a few days before it flies on news and it sets off gains well before announcement. No alleged insider dealing of course from the goodship NonPartisan or it's impartial crew.

seems most, hitherto 25 percenter, engineering and automotives who've been let out the dungeon, are adjacent to, or actually ****-a-hoop, like when the school bully stops taking you lunch money and concentrates their menacing on someone else !
