I am pleased to be writing to you with details of our Annual General Meeting...

The Board considers it appropriate that authority in respect of the same level, that is, 100%, of the
issued share capital be granted to allot ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at the
forthcoming AGM. There are currently 752,629,382 issued shares in the capital of the Company. As
such the directors are seeking authority to allot ordinary shares in the capital of the Company up to
a maximum nominal amount of seven hundred and fifty two thousand six hundred and twenty nine
pounds and thirty eight pence (£752,629.38), representing approximately 100 per cent. of the
Company’s current issued ordinary share capital. Subject to the passing of resolution 5, the Board
intends to use a portion of the authority conferred by resolution 5 to facilitate, at an appropriate
time, an open offer, expected to be of two new shares for every ten existing shares held.
As at the date of this document, the Company does not hold any ordinary shares in the capital of
the Company in treasury.

The BOD need to show some financial commitment. A bio-tech company that I am invested in has a policy that states:

'To further align the interests of Executive Directors with those of stakeholders, they are required to build and maintain
significant shareholdings in Abcam over time, equal to two-times their base salaries in value. '

In addition, the NEDs are required to purchase shares of the open market equivalent to 30 percent (from memory) of their remuneration.

If the BOD are not prepared to invest in the company they run then why should you, me or anybody else. Maybe buying at these historic low levels could be profitable but the BOD need to show financial commitment - the simple act of aligning themselves closer to shareholders should see the share price improve, possibly substantially.

This really should be raised at the AGM.

If I had a large loaf of bread and could buy a fresh loaf next week for less, I would try and find an app to sell my loaf - but this is an AIM share so anyone holding can just place a sell order.

Uncanny, you seem to be just another punter drawn in by the phrase of 'inflection points'. I come from a maths background... Mathematically an inflection point is defined as:

'a point of a curve at which a change in the direction of curvature occurs'

For the last few years the change in direction has only been a steeper decline curve - if you have adequate modelling software compare the share price decline against the number of shares in issue.
