I used to live in Crouch End and know the good work that they do.

I lost my Father to esophageal cancer and my Mother to brain cancer - both of their cancers went metastatic. We were fortunate to be able to afford home care and, in the end home deaths. Comforting my Mother whilst she went into cardiac arrest after dosing her with morphine was one of the bleaker days in my life.

5h1t happens but it is distressing to see a loved one become incontinent whilst they die.

When Henry Cecil passed I auctioned some memorabilia related to him on Ebay on the understanding that I would match the sale price and donate all proceeds to the North London Hospice - the lot was bought by a bar in Saratoga Springs.

Cut losses? I fecked off with a profit at 6.5p a long time ago and have been watching the train smash since then.

The share price has dropped 97% since then and they have been issuing more shares like a clown giving out free candy at McDonalds [candy is bad for your health]. It has been an interesting lesson about sentiment analysis.

I do not think that there is a silver lining but a trading opportunity may arise when 'resolution 5' is passed tomorrow at the AGM [but only those in attendance will be able to profit - a bit like being at a race course and trading the time lag in-play]

Tissue Regenix is one of the companies that I am interested in - great science and nearly cash-flow positive but Woodford owns too large a share of the business. It has lost 35% of the share price in 3 weeks and Woodford has yet to sell any of his shares.

The crazy part is that most of the trades have been buys at below the midpoint so have been reported as sells - what happens when a whale sells? To sell £10k worth of the shares a punter had to take 7% below the Bid a few days ago. I thought that 3p might be a good buy in price but it looks as though even this support level may be broken.

The 'bag' is being unstitched - despite my current reluctance to buy shares that do not generate cash flow I am patiently watching as there may be a great short term trade on its way...

Valirx is down to an all time low (down 17%) - some seem to be fleeing; probably concerned that they will not get the resolution to allot more shares passed at their AGM tomorrow (which would probably mean the end).

As a past Valirx investor, I wonder to myself could life ever be sane again? Hopes may rise on the grasmere but honey pie, you're not safe here. So you run down to the safety of the town but there's panic, as witnessed by the decline in share price since the EHGO deal was announced. It says nothing to me about my life, but what happens if resolution 5 is not passed?

What happens when the music they constantly play changes tune? Do the topperuppers keep dancing or do they cause a crush as they flee to the fire exit?

Guilty as charged except for trolling - I would say that the BOD have been trolling share holders for years with their statements about inflection points when the change in direction of the share price has just been a steeper decline.

I hope that the BOD are staying at the NED Hotel - £715 per night for bed and breakfast - as they will need a good nights sleep before the AGM.

Maybe the Chairman deserves a suite befitting the seniority of the role and a bargain at £2550 per night if not taking up the breakfast option.

Surely they deserve a good nights sleep close to the AGM venue, even if it comes out of the dwindling company funds.
