With an 80% round trip efficiency, it displaces a significant portion of the hyped hydrogen bubble.

The implications of 'Trump signs executive order seeking to revitalize US shipbuilding' seems to have been overlooked; from the Sentinel article:

'Beyond tariffs, Trump signed an executive order that directs the US Trade Representative to impose million-dollar fees per port call on ships in fleets that have at least one Chinese-built or Chinese-flagged vessel. The details of the fees will be determined by April 17. While the order aims to boost the US ship-building industry, Ryan Petersen, CEO of Flexport, points out that such fees would hamper US exports and cause a lot of ships to avoid all but the largest ports, to reduce the per-port-call fees. With many ships avoiding smaller ports, the largest ports would immediately be overwhelmed, and a lot of dock workers in smaller ports would lose their jobs.'

“What he’s doing is he’s saying they’re exempt from the reciprocal tariffs,” Lutnick said, referring to President Donald Trump. “But they’re included in the semiconductor tariffs, which are coming in probably a month or two.”

When asked to clarify whether tariffs on iPhones might “come back on in a month or so”, Lutnick replied: “Correct. That’s right . . . We need our medicines and we need semiconductors and our electronics to be built in America.”

His comments will stoke uncertainty for businesses over Trump’s tariff rollout, which has been marked by a series of reversals and last week caused an intense sell-off in the $29tn US Treasuries market.
