It is only 66 shares but they should not have assumed that the resolutions will be passed in my opinion.

Jumping the gun? Red flag? If the resolutions are not passed could this end up costing VAL more?

Consolidation

My point is that the company has value as an AIM shell for any profitable company that wants quick access to the market through a shell that would offer them both listing speed and valuable tax advantages. So there may well be more twists and turns in the road that Valirx treads (they came to the market using a shell themselves as far as I remember).

In VAL's last accounts they had accumulated losses of over £27m - worth over £4m at the expected 2020/2021 company tax rate at 17%? That is 4 times the current market capitalisation?
