Mortgages are cheap at the moment [WHR target an upper limit of 40% loan to value financing structure]. A reasonable dividend yield as well.

UKOG was a penny share before the Gatwick Gusher optimism - now the share price is under a penny again and there are many more shares in issue. There may be 10 billion shares in issue soon; there may be 1000 bopd at maybe £25 profit per barrel. If they can produce that much oil the concept gets closer to being proven but they will be spending the proceeds to explore more resources with better knowledge.
