And now over 8p to buy. I expect the fall back under a penny is going to be the steepest and quickest fall in a long time but then I thought the share was overpriced ever since the placing at half a penny and this share is making a fool of me.

I do wish those who hold these shares lots of profit but this share price confuses me even though someone is prepared to buy multiples of 50 000 shares this morning and there were 2 250k buys yesterday.

There was a time that the Chinese were the top dogs, but they missed the Industrial Revolution as they had no middle class to buy machine made goods (just peasants and rulers). Having become a Communist society they were able to force Industrialisation which lifted the standard of living of the peasants to a middle class level and now their economy is much closer to self-sustaining.

Today they are close to becoming the leading technological society, partly by acquiring technology and partly by having a command economy. This threatens the traditional Western World's pre-eminence and, by doing so, the privileged ways of some of us. The economic pie is not big enough for all to eat cake so conflict is coming; we can only hope it is trade and economic wars and not bullet and bomb wars.

But life as we know it is changing and Covid-2019 has speeded up the pace of change.

The big question must be who would trust them? Nature has compared them to Theranos and no mRNA drug has been approved for human use [yet]. I am no anti-vaxxer but will be in no hurry to try their drugs.

Today's u-turn about Huawei and 5G is worth noting as the Gov was prepared to let them have up to 35% of the marker prior to the u-turn. They evidently now know that no matter who wins the US elections the current American stand-off with China is not going to end soon.
