wizard125,
I took that into account. In the last set of accounts released on 31 March the total Directors Emoluments was £1.086 million. Halve that and you get £504k. In the interim results released on the 30th of June it stated that there is 'stable production of over 300 barrels of oil per day'.
300 bopd is about 109500 barrels a year. £504000/109500 barrels = £4.60 per barrel = $5.78 at today's exchange rate. They may be producing more than 300 bopd but there will be days when they are not producing and I have used the overly generous 50% remuneration cut.
Over $5 a barrel is a fair statement.
