At the closing SP of 0.19p, the m/cap at close on Thursday was approx £21m; at the larger number of shares and the lower share price the m/cap at close of play on Friday was approximately £20m.

Raising £2m actually reduced the m/cap by £1m when the company now has £2m more cash on hand. Surely the m/cap should have increased? Instead, the market has taken the view that the placing price is the new SP which should disappoint all existing shareholders.

Did the m/cap go up after raising £2m by selling shares? Did the market take the news of the placing well and did shareholders see an increase in the share price.

He was corrected onstage by an SVP (Senior Vice President?) who said that actually the lithium in Nevada alone is sufficient to electrify the 300 million US car parc.

The company seems significantly over valued to me - it might be worth a few million quid but how it is valued at over £150m is a complete mystery to me. That BB is infested with rampers, dreamers and idiots - if it is a reflection of the quality of retail investors they have attracted it could end in tears.
