And it is good web hygiene to use separate browsers for research / sites like this and a different one for any financial transactions. I use separate machines.

Most pages on the web will report to facebook. google, twitter etc when you load the page.

People use extensions like Privacy Badger, uBlock Origin, Ghostery etc to stop the code loading or reporting.

You do not have to use them to be tracked by them... It is why you need browser extensions to interfere with their surveillance.

I hold DUKE and MAFL at the moment; the first for the dividends and the second for the growing mineral deposit in Portugal.

I keep my eyes out for cash generating unloved shares that are lightly traded as a whiff of good news and I can take a quick profit. As long as they are generating cash then the risk of unexpected discounted placings is lower...

I agree with both ocelot and Ozzy52 - the market wants to know details of the future funding if losses are still being incurred on production, for exploration costs in the UK and for funding the Turkish adventure.

Will it be from a placing, a discounted placing or a loan? If from a loan will it be a convertible loan?

All due diligence has not been completed according to the last RNS titled "Saltfleetby & Debt Funding Update". That RNS states "Legal and corporate due diligence is being conducted".

Posting that "all due diligence has been done" is incorrect whilst corporate due diligence is ongoing.

I want to buy a lightly traded share in my SIPP, but the broker wants a price 1.5% than one of the other brokers I use. And the SIPP broker has not filled my limit order... Disappointing.

I agree that Faeces Bank [or Facebook as some call it] is a nasty, pernicious business that only exists by monitoring and manipulating people and then monetising the data they acquire in the process.

I use the Chrome extensions Privacy Badger and uBlock Origin as my first lines of defence against their persistent monitoring.

You do realise that "The Dictator" is the Australian Gov who are enforcing a News Tax on Facebook. Once they have a tax in place they can always increase the tax if Facebook does not obey their commands.

Whilst I dislike Facebook and the surveillance society they are partly enabling I take steps to avoid their monitoring. I would not want them under financial pressure to comply with GOV rules to marshal the majority as GOV wants.
