Highly recommended, especially if you like to see "the whites if their eyes" and facial expressions whilst they speak. I think more people will get vaccinated when they keep seeing those unprotected getting ill or getting infected without being symptomatic and then passing it on to their parents or grandparents who get severely ill or die.

Africa is the "big prize" - a young and growing population with an economy waiting to be turbo-charged. A little generosity can go a long way... The UK has been reliant in importing Doctors and other medical staff for decades; maybe Doris and his TEN Friends will realise that it is in their best interests to offer vaccines to front line medical staff asap.

The idea of getting a vaccine in the arm of a 20-year-old in the UK whose likelihood of getting seriously ill is miniscule compared to an A&E Doctor in Africa is misguided patriotism. Some would say saving 1 British life is worth risking the deaths of hundreds of African doctors; others would say that the loss of hundreds of African doctors would affect economies and migration patterns enough to cause more British deaths in the long term.
