UKOG have not announced a consolidation.

Shareholders would see the sunny side IF UKOG were receiving a share of oil from a commercial well in Turkey. But, the well has not been dug, any flows have not been tested or declared commercial AND many are expecting a placing to pay for some drilling costs.

But, hey-ho, who cares about reality. If you keep looking forward you will not be reminded of the past, like the decline in share price of 97% of the massive dilution.

If you had of forward sold your placing shares you would be guilty of insider trading; and, trusting what people say about taking part in placings and their intentions of holding those said shares is not something that many would advise... It is only money after all?

If you got shares in the placing and flip them - do you really think that they have all been placed with investors who want to hold them long term. A percentage will just want their 10 or 20% and 44% of the company is in the hands of placees.

Will they raise the money to drill after they have raised money for Saltfleetby, solar projects and geothermal projects?

Will punters keep buying shares so they can keep getting paid; and, will they get paid more because they will be managing all these cash consuming projects?

Head scratching stuff but will make more sense to some here - my first reading is that doing anything that interferes with some cell pathways is playing with fire.

I took exception with the statement above. Most of the money goes on 'Marketing & Overheads' of £669k and 'Salaries' of £448k. That is not development of the product. There is also no breakdown of Overheads in the Prospectus so an Investor cannot judge what payments are being considered as Overheads [are any payments being made to personal service companies for services rendered?]

On page 32 of the Prospectus it does say that development expenditure will be in 2 phases, £130k In June and £760k in December.

Not the BOD? You have to pay a good wodge to get experienced finance professionals to list the company. Do you think they are doing the work for charity? Did they claim in the prospectus that they would be spending most of the money developing the product?

Maybe it is time for management to be awarded new options at lower prices to make sure that their interests are aligned to those of shareholders?

Next time you see a bumper sticker stating "Jesus Saves" you will know he has yet to bring about divine intervention in Spain. Some will no doubt be hoping he can part the water, so they can get to the higher quality ore.

The "97% protection" figure is a bit misleading if, as appears, it is excluding asymptomatic infections. Still very encouraging though.
