ocelot is not prepared to admit that the market IS looking forward and it sees the potential that in 6 months no gas is being produced and the potential liabilities for not fulfilling monthly contractual amounts of gas could bankrupt the company.

A little honesty would help as it stops people from bringing up the possibility of crippling liabilities arising in a little over 6 months time.

They may both be correct... The longer that first gas is delayed, the more likely it is that there will be no gas to supply to settle the hedge. The higher gas trades at after July next year, the higher any penalties for non-fulfilment of the hedge could be.

If the Ask drops to 0.5p expect the Bid to be at 0.45p. That is another 18% drop in the Bid. It would be a disaster for those holding at higher prices. And to those thinking that this is for geothermal or another project - why did The Good Lord not mention that project? It would have kept shareholders happier.
