That does not seem to be the way it works... The company has existing authority to issue another 373 million shares, so they have authority to issue the shares relating to the warrants. Any serious investor should know this.

You will see in the media that more people are being admitted to hospital for other conditions and then the Doctors finding that they have Covid; you might believe that Omicron is not so bad then. Depends... I sometimes 'decide' to use M&S canned tomatoes which I put into a blended with the water from rinsing the can and blend to smooth. The problem with any canned goods is that they are acidic [to prevent botulism] but the M&S ones are not too bad.

Freshly skinned tomatoes are preferable even though more expensive.
