Iceman has it spot on... the share price was around 2.6p when ME became CEO, and the markets 'future expectations' are reflected in the share price drop of 85% since then. The expectation has been of failure to deliver before cash runs out. And with the dismal amount raised recently, there are not too many more months to go before more cash is likely to be needed.

Tissue Regenix - suspended at 7p a while after announcing 'financial irregularities' and a need to restate previous years accounts. Today, whilst suspended, they announce an emergency CLN from the Harwood brothers converting at 0.1p which gives them total control. And with that total control they are delisting. Some poor bar stewards are nursing 6 figure losses. A lesson about accepting losses and getting out when you can when things start going wrong...

I was watching a KITCO video yesterday [Wednesday] and the guest stated that the primary driver of the recent silver price surge has been the additional buying from India where imports have risen and even after a weakening of demand in 2025 compared to 2024, they will import 200 million ounces in 2025. Price in Rupees is up 300% over 2 years.

Latest sell at 0.3p is below the nominal value of the shares and takes the m/cap below £1m. Dark days for PYC. Will the outgoing CEO be given a healthy bonus for successfully carrying out a capital reorganisation and then another [heavily discounted] placing before being on his way?

Ocelot has got this wrong - if ALBA were to try and sell their shares in GROC on the open market, GROC's share price would collapse as the market would be flooded with shares. Surely he / she knows that?

'25.78% of GROC (per Alba's projects and investments of its last RNS of 05/11) = c£2m.

So Clogau, Motzfeldt, Finnsbo and HH are valued at a total of about £680k by the market.

EST - a steady flow of news is expected over the next 12 months [and more] and the upside seems to outweigh the downside to me.

First up will be some VMS assays with specific interest in their Verkhuba deposit where the drill holes were designed to increase the size of the open pit potential which the MRE currently shows as 7mt 1.8% CuEq [with another 14mt at 2.5% CuEq for underground mining]. This is the target that they announced that they are in 'advanced discussions' about forming a JV with a partner with 'mine and plant construction and operating experience'.

I got £50 from NS&I... fek all for the amount I have sitting there. And I had a look at my EST shares... they are still down 9.62% despite the 95% recovery in the last 6 months. Timing is everything and my timing was poor to start with, and then I was reluctant to average down with more than scraps.

This is from Endeavour's RNS this morning: 'Endeavour Mining plc (LSE:EDV, TSX:EDV, OTCQX:EDVMF) (“Endeavour” or the “Group” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce its exploration outlook for the next five years, which targets the discovery of 12 – 15 million ounces (Moz) of mineral resources at a cost of less than $40 per ounce'

They are currently open pit mining at around 2g per tonne. That $40 an ounce is probably a fair yardstick to value a proven open pit discovery.

From their RNS this morning:

'Endeavour Mining plc (LSE:EDV, TSX:EDV, OTCQX:EDVMF) (“Endeavour” or the “Group” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce its exploration outlook for the next five years, which targets the discovery of 12 – 15 million ounces (Moz) of mineral resources at a cost of less than $40 per ounce.... Our exploration programme seeks to replace production depletion and extend mine lives at our core assets, while also discovering new greenfield projects both within our current land packages and in new, highly fertile, immature gold provinces, where we can leverage local partnerships to support the discovery of tier 1 gold deposits.

While we see significant opportunities across our brownfield portfolio, we are encouraged by the potential to add additional standalone cornerstone greenfield deposits to our pipeline. We are targeting assets with over 3Moz of high grade resources that are capable of producing at least 300koz of annual production at sector leading all-in sustaining costs, with mine-life visibility of more than 10 years.'

With a target of less than $40 an ounce it shows the size of the potential budget to go beyond the initial $25m JV if Endeavour needs 'to fund and complete a NI 43-101 compliant Pre-Feasibility Study ("PFS") to earn a further 10%, bringing its total interest to 80%.'
