Clearly his tenure has been a success when compared against others whom he has followed. During his brief tenure the share price is 'only' down 87% [from 2.4p in August 2024]. Others have had a worse record.

If 'Mark E is entirely comfortable with how the business is progressing', then maybe shareholders should be looking for a new CEO who prioritises shareholder returns? You state: "His objective is to protect his shareholders’ interests and grow long-term value". When you take into account the share price drop whilst he has been CEO do you think many shareholders think he has achieved this objective?

There are going to be some niche companies that have yet to be found that will benefit... something like ENSI? Might be a "picks and shovels" play on the rearmament of Europe and the UK?
