Well I’ve been doing this a while now and seen more and more people on here just slagging a stock which they claim to be in and wonder why are they in this stock, if all they do is slag it off, which given that context, and admittedly haven’t come across you a great deal, if doesn’t fit you apologies but there it is these chat boards can be very useful but some people are at least time waster and at worst! quite frankly is anyone’s guess!

So I’m wondering if the new shareholders may become part of a strategic partnership by introducing a 17% UK-aligned investors to balance the company’s capital structure. My question is, will we move beyond the previous debt-heavy focus?

I wonder where this timely arrival of new support leaves Canmax. It could be a clear path to transition from being a lender to a long-term equity partner, potentially converting their $35M debt into shares at an attractive valuation but do we really want further dilution? Or they may choose to buy existing shares to prevent dilution and still keep both, or buy some and convert some! Either way, I’m pretty sure Canmax is going to do something very shortly?

One things for sure, a transition now would effectively refresh the balance sheet just as the Zulu Lithium plant reaches its final technical milestones, as the April refinery deadline approaches.

So the new "Smart Money" significantly stabilizes the project’s outlook and secures its regulatory future in Zimbabwe. Are we going to see cooperation between all or competition ?

Well I hope cooperation, because harmonising Chinese industrial expertise with the recent Western financial backing, which I’m inclined to believe has been orchestrated by our very own Graham Hill. He’s not just a brilliant engineer he is a savvy strategist. Maybe as some of us believed way back, that he is indeed capable of transforming PREMS challenging situation into a potential shared opportunity. The presence of these heavyweight shareholders suggests a unified strategy, capable of designing and fostering a sustainable and prosperous future for the company and its investors.

I really hope, we are now positioned for PREMS potential 0.040p+ re-rating the moment the "First Spodumene" RNS confirms that the mechanical and financial updates are finally in sync. The optimist in me sees the funding officially clearing the path to a long-awaited recovery.

CMG : Over the years I’ve emailed him and always(as far as I can remember)responded sooner or later. anyone (like me ) who can remember the GFK saga will realise the support he had, to return after board ousted him because he tore them off a strip, for paying themselves big high salaries. He is genuine not like the keyboard warriors sitting behind a keyboard I bet non of them have had to build a business up from scratch.

People slagging off JA should read this: Essentially JA fell out with Board for paying themselves big salaries whilst company was not profitable JA was actually asked to return to board. By shareholders.

One wonders if those that are on here slagging share and JA off are the those that got sacked, it would now make sense as to why they are still here if not invested.

CANMAX NEXT TR1 ?

I’ve had this on back burner for a while, but with this new collective 17%+ shareholding, Canmax will have to convert more of loan into shares (as I say I’ve lost the thread a bit )

Thoughts

I wouldn’t be surprised if we see a TR1 from Canmax shortly.

I’ve worked on the premise ‘Geopolitics changes but Geology doesn’t ‘ and it’s served me reasonably well so far it was a quote from John Teeling chairman and director in a few things PETREL RESOURCES. his biggest achievement was seeing a shortfall in Irish whisky market to a couple of decade or so but eventually sold for close 100M so that’s why I’ve eyed up Africa I remember the First Gulf war in seventies when Iran mined the Straits and unfortunately knew it would happen again but at least Africa where I’m mostly invested is getting a bite of the cherry at last. The problem with these shares is getting at the bottom and working out when that is🧐
