Well, Luca, no offense for someone who has supposedly 30 years on a rig, he adds very little experienced depth background or offshore nuanced conversation. Frequently relying on sarcasm or snappy critiques rather than factual depth. These short bursts simplify complex issues into misleading soundbites, whereas someone who claims to be on a rig for 30 years should be well aware of all the various unseens that can slow a job down. If his posts were more researched it would build a bit more credibility by citing circumstances, situations and applying them to ours sources admittedly with expected variables.

While punchy remarks capture attention quickly, they lack the knowledgeable and structural integrity and one would expect insight, needed to sustain a truly informed and productive understanding of where we are.

Like I said I’ve not worked on rigs but have friends that have as I said I have lived in around islands and boats but some of the little digs sound insulting and Just that. Instead he should give real substance over snappy soundbites because actual experience should aim to inform rather than just insult. I stay detailed because I’m optimistic that sharing facts and nuanced context can actually elevate our share chat experience, rather than just settling for low-effort digs that miss the bigger picture.

It’s starting to look like there maybe a coordinated "live" sign-off on Friday 24th! Why not, It is a distinct possibility, that The ministry has told JA their signing off on Friday he doesn’t have to RNS, no wet signature to RNS! The Ministry aren’t obligated to RNS are they and given the deep institutional history Jeremy Asher has built with the Cameroonian government over nearly two decades, who knows? Favor for a favor!

Why do it this way?

Official Licensing Results: SNH is officially scheduled to announce the results of the nine-block licensing round on Friday, 24 April 2026. This is the primary anchor for the week's energy news.

"Double Whammy": If Tower Resources (TRP) releases its RNS confirming the Thali license extension and farm-out approval on or just before the 24th, it transforms a routine licensing update into a massive demonstration of sector momentum in Cameroon , which in turn provides Operational Validation, especially If the Admarine 501 is in position at the Thali block by Wednesday evening or Thursday. Just think the physical presence of the rig provides the "real-world" proof that the new license winners are looking for.

So many businesses out there view Cameroon as a tin pot country! so it needs to build credibility?

Trust Building: It proves the Prime Minister’s office delivers on its promises to "accelerate" approvals for established players like TRP .

Evidence of Site Readiness.

Preparatory Work Completed: Tower Resources has previously confirmed the selection of the provisional well location and the completion of initial preparatory work, including well engineering.

Operational Readiness: CEO Jeremy Asher stated in late 2025 that the company was "maintaining readiness" for drilling in Cameroon. By March 2026, the company was "already working hard on well planning" to ensure they were "ready to drill the NJOM-3 well in good time".

Service Contracts: Major service contracts, which include the logistical management of the exclusion zone and site support, were reported as "largely agreed" as far back as September 2025.

License Alignment: The Cameroon state oil company (SNH) has already recommended the license extension to March 2027, showing that the regulatory path is cleared for the rig to go in place anytime

The Admarine 501 seems to be heading south to I guess pick up The Eastward Guinea Current, which will provide 1-1.5-knot push. So they’ll be transiting across the North of while Bioko, Which has a 3,000-metre peak, which will create protection for our rig from the Southwesterly monsoon choppiness. So I suspect, With these ‘Goldilocks’ conditions, the convoy is perfectly positioned to reach the Thali Block by tomorrow, maybe! 🤔

And just in time for RNS. maybe!

Admittedly I have never worked on a rig and have lived on, off and between islands all my life, great measure of the time on different vessels it sure looks like a tow configuration to me!!!!

I’m hoping that this week will stand out as a defining threshold this week, possibly news across, Cameroon, combined with potential new acreage awards there, will fundamentally re-rate TRP's valuation, Namibia is part of package so very likely to hear about that too , and then there’s South Africa, may be a way to go yet admittedly but I’m pretty sure Prime will be interested in getting in there too the field that they brought off ENI IS RUNNING OUT BY 2030 so desperate for other supplies away from gulf.

For TRP this is non-dilutive hence could fundamentally re-rate TRP's valuation.

Who know what’s happening with Iran all this bombing of infrastructure And the Straits blockade, so this continues to tighten global energy supplies.

Now what would be brilliant for TRP on Thursday is if we won these blocks with prime Global on board now that would make real sense, because it would make one contiguous line to coast handy for infrastructure.

The Line to the Coast!

Thali : This is our current offshore block, sitting in shallow waters (8–48 metres) in the eastern Rio del Rey basin.

Ndian River (The Coastal Bridge): This is a large, onshore/offshore block. It essentially picks up where the eastern/northeastern edge of Thali ends and moves directly toward the mangroves and the Ndian River estuary on the coast.

Bolongo Exploration (The Shallow Neighbor): This block is located in the shallow-water eastern Rio del Rey basin. It is strategically positioned near existing production and would likely "in-fill" the area between Thali and the coast or neighboring fields.

Bakassi : Block sits at the extreme western end of the basin, adjacent to the Bakassi Peninsula and the maritime border with Nigeria.
