After the original phase 3 inconclusive result, the FDA gave IMM the authority and allowed another phase 3 to go ahead. It is this written reponse Avion signed a licensing deal to fund and take it into phase 3, not phase 1 or 2.
The FDA cannot backtrack on this or it will be opened to legal challenge.

Whilst not being very naive , my question is basically what was the point in doing this RNS ?

If it was to try and give confidence to shareholders and getting the SP up … well it seems to have failed miserably but only time will tell if that was the main objective !

I am also surprised that the SP has plummeted.

Most observers wanted a simple answer to a simple question.. Will Avion fund the required extra clinical trials or not ?
We did not get that answer , just a statement saying that Avion are still around and supportive ..

Hopefully the next RNS will answer that crucial question…

Whilst being critical of this morning’s RNS , for the lack of clarity, I personally would disagree with your post..
Whilst everyone is responsable for their own trades , there is nothing new ( negative ) that the market has not already priced into the SP , imo but wtfdik

P.S. IMM cannot sell what they don’t own ( they only have a 50% stake in the Lupuzor patents ) …

The main question you should be asking yourself is why does every one of your posts refer to me in a very degrading way ?
Why do you place a strong buy recommendation in your every post since 180p ?
Why do you say that Tim is doing a great job whilst shareholders have seen their investment dwindled to peanuts ?
Unfortunately, for shareholders your viewpoint has been proved very very wrong for many years yet you continue to criticize others who point out the flaws in your propaganda

This is one of the worst , wishy washy RNS that I have read, where shareholders are being sidetracked from the main issues , smoked in a cloud of discussions here and discussions there .

A bit like your strong buy recommendations , all smoke but no substance !

One has to be explicit when dissecting the RNS which one should not forget that it’s a summary …
-We are not privy to the questions asked by Avion to the FDA
-A summary , can be slightly tinted but has to be factual..

The summary from the RNS should be read , keeping in mind the above, imo

In summary, the FDA response earlier this month, recommended assessing the potential to use higher dosing in the next clinical program of Lupuzor™ in Lupus, to optimise the clinical benefit to Lupus patients and to maximise efficacy. It has taken you a while to catch up with the debate that has taken place on the board since the last RNS.
The ramifications for all parties in doing further clinical trials are enormous in terms of finances and timelines ( we are talking years and not months, imo )

Many here don’t appreciate this viewpoint but whatever..

Every investor has to gauge his own risk/ reward ratio , on that I agree .
The upside could be very rewarding IF Tim pulls a rabbit out of his hat .
The downside is seemingly limited BUT should not be totally ruled out , as IMM has seemingly limited options as their destiny is not in their hands , imo

Hope for the best but be prepared for the worst case scenario…
