My view hasn’t changed ( if one reads between the lines and the IMM smoke screens )
Avion and IMM put the brakes on the clinical trial in lupus some time ago , imo
Something came up during the planned new P3 trial and they doubled back , using The FDA as an excuse , imo
It’s unheard of that the FDA would request a PK trial on their OWN initiative..
The ´ new formulation of Lupuzor ´ with a more ROBUST master file and prolonged extended patent was inserted in an RNS in February was the giveaway for me .
Having said that , this U turn was on the cards for quite a while and what surprises me is the lack of clarity in informing shareholders …( scandalous rubber stamp commentary )
Many will not , of course , agree with my viewpoint but whatever …

This U turn was therefore expected and the implications are vast for the immediate future , but Lupuzor will have a much better chance of success in the future once they get moving forward again .
In the meantime shareholders will have to navigate through the storm and Tim will have to sort out the necessary ressources , imo

If the initial P3 was sanctioned by the FDA ( using the data from the first P3 trial , why didn’t it go ahead as planned ?

Why interject a middle man ( Immupharma) to secure another middle man ( European distributor) to sell products.

The only reason I can come up with is down to TAX..
Imm has a major deficit..so any profit being channeled through there , could be tax free ??
Not an accountant so would like some opinions on that point ..
