What is stated is that we can count on Avion’s SUPPORT for advancing the clinical trial ( as par to the initial contract ) so no amendments have been signed since ?

So Avion signed up to finance a P3 trial yet there has been no amendment for the P2 part of this adaptive trial ?

If Avion were funding this part of the trial , I believe that IMM would have clearly stated this BWTFDIK

For those following the clinical side of things and not just the SP , well the major news out today was

That IMM will be using a SC formulation for the clinical trial and not a IV formulation

We have gone from a DC formulation to an IV formulation AND now back to a SC formulation

This is very intriguing and informative of the too and fro with the FDA , imo

For those that are following things , one should go back a bit and see what Tim’s definition of starting a clinical trial means … ( he did mention in in writing not so long ago , if my memory is right :-)

One should never forget to read many times IMM’s RNS’s as the language and formulations are always revealing :-)

Imm is a small company with quite low daily volumes so it would be very difficult to acquire any real volume without the MM sniffing around :-)

The L club being based over the pond might also have been able to offload their shares to another US outfit When the timing was right ( if you get my drift ) :-)

Very simple answer to that …

It would be quasi impossible to acquire a large stake in the company without driving the price well above the exercise price … If one thinks that IMM has sufficient potential in the MT-LT well acquiring a good stake at 5p could be a good decision…

Well, No RNS yet stating that these options have been exercised….

I don’t think one should be comparing the two periods, as IMM is in a totally different financial situation now as what they were in then , plus there is a hell of a lot more shares in circulation now as well.

Moving forward the surprise may come from CIDP, imo

The outcome of the meeting is fairly predictable but that is not why the market is wary , imo

Only the short term traders will be focused on that outcome because we all know that the timescale for any P3 readout is many years away , imo

Personally I think your question is not worth answering for many reasons but namely

1( if IMM have a realistic chance of getting a thumbs up from the FDA to go to Market , they will be more than likely bought out beforehand :-)

If they have no realistic chance well you know where the market cap will be at , also …

Without giving away her personal details , she is over seventy so try and keep that in mind

I don’t think that a placing is on the cards BEFORE the 10:06 at least , otherwise Tim would have to give the LClub more warrants/options ( if placing price below 5 p )
