I am far from being faultless but i was not trying to calculate ROI ,but trying to show what effect dilution has had in the Last few years .. but miscalculated :-)

Would it be fair to Say that the market values IMM at 5/6 Times it's cash ?

Cauldstream7 could'nt see any logical reason...

The simple fact IS that he paid 48.5p in 2013 when IMM had a market cap of roughly £40 million ... they are now 5 Times more shares in issue, so if WE just basically divide £40 million by 5 WE get £8 million ....

Imm has a Mcap of over £7 million so WE are basically AT similar levels as when he bought in...

In 2013, IMM had a LOT more cash After the Cephalon deal..

Also check how many shares were in issue in 2013 compared to today ..

Of course there are logical reasons..

One could have paid 180 pence in 2018 ..

Since then , trial failure , dilution , lack of cash etc etc ..

A punter rarely goes to any AGM etc , but as you correctly point out , you have put a sizeable informed punt on IMM AT under 2p so you have really no reasonable to moan or to filter anyone :-)

Your situation IS very different to the majority of IMM shareholders .

I have been filtered / insulted etc by many over the years yet i have only filtered one person for consistent personal Attacks .

The major drawback on these boards IS that the majority of posters only want to read 'positive' conjectures and want to brush under the carpet any 'negatives' ...

Whilst being reasonable and fair , one Can only Say that in the Last five years , shareholders have been appalingly let Down by IMM ...

management Performance History / credibility should be on the Top of any investors check-list before investing but IS rarely verified by us PI.

The voucher is the cherry on the cake, After getting market approval. There is a long Road to go before getting a voucher so it's very premature to be talking about it , even though it's a Great incentive .
