Good interview from Tim … seeding the ground for the future but would have liked to hear more on the financial side of how he expects to finance R&D , especially CIDP

CIDP is where IMM have.a realistic chance of giving some optimism to shareholders but Tim will have to deliver !

You are right , but dilution at 2p or 5p is not the same as 10p-15p as we have seen

With an average of 16p , I would be very worried about dilution but that’s my opinion.. where the Sp goes to in the short term is not what would worry me , it’s where it’s going in the LT and that’s where the number of shares in circulation comes in
But everyone to their own as per usual

It’s in shareholders interests that the L1 and co warrants are not subscribed by June …( huge dilution)
Avion and IMM must have another plan , rather than fill the pockets of the L club ?

One would have to agree that 5p is a target/milestone for IMM ( even more so , IF they need to raise cash again without giving penalty warrants to the L club again ) imo

The U turn was necessary and things seem to be going in the right direction for a change :)

However as usual one has to be aware of the pot holes with IMM and be reactive …

P.s. keep your eyes on the warrants and not on the sky :-)

What are you referring to ? I never said ´ current fundraising ´ … I said LAST fundraising

Fir the landstead warrants , all you have to do is read the RNS issued about the Last fund raising .

Extract from the last fund raising RNS ….

There remain outstanding 25,640,254 Options in the Company, held equally by L1 and Lind, which may be exercised at any time up to 10 June 2023, with an exercise price of 11 pence.

However, as the price at which shares are to be issued in the current fundraising is less than 11 pence, (the exercise price of the Options) the number of Options and the exercise price of Options held by L1 and Lind fall to be varied. The effect of the current fundraising is to amend the exercise price from 11 pence to 5 pence and to increase the number of Options held by L1 and Lind from 25,640,254 to 56,408,558.

The Cash position is important but i agree that any potential cash raising will be fully subscribed by Avion :-)
