Interesting ....What is going to drive the SP up to these past levels ?

Avion has agreed to fund the full costs of the new optimised international Phase III trial for Lupuzor™ in lupus patients, based on an agreed level of expected costs up to $25 million. It is anticipated that this new Phase III trial will commence in 2020, following agreement of the trial design between Avion, ImmuPharma and the FDA. Following recruitment of patients (to include US, Europe and elsewhere), it is envisaged that this will be a 52-week trial. Both companies will jointly steer the clinical program.

The price target mentioned by Halfbutt was in excess of 284p :-)

It never achieved that price even when IMM had less shares issued and when they had 100 % worldwide control of future revenues !

In the meantime the SP can go UP or down , this is IMM on AIM ....

Don't forget that IMM are at the very least 3-4 years from getting a possible result .... If you look back in time, you will see that the SP did'nt rise until the last 12 months before the trial results were due out...(which is normal with biotechs who are badly funded )

So keep your feet on the ground , the dust will settle when the short termers leave....imo

I hope your dream of 40p comes true, but i keep my feet on the ground..( cashed in my bet, not a full 3 bagger, but not far off ...

IMM needs the SP to stay above 13.6p to gain a few more quid from Lanstead but the cashburn is still considerably more than the monthly sum paid by Lanstead so , imo there are other options to be found in the near future .

One should be asking " How many shares will be issued between now and receiving regulatory approval ( if Successful )

When the SP hit the high of 190p before the initial P3 trial readout there were 132 523 000 shares in circulation

Today there are more than 167 000 000

It's the management who are to blame for giving false hope to Lupus Patients

I have a very high regard for your opinions and whilst the original P3 was totally underpowered and "done on the cheap" imv

I hope that this trial will be better designed and that tapering will be a big issue this time around ...

How many patients are you expecting to be endrolled in this New P3 ?

500-600 seems to be the standard at this time but with a budget of just $25 million , i can't believe that IMM will be able to acheive those numbers

It's impossible at this time to answer your question, No cristal ball for me....

Bollinger would say , keep an eye on the monthly chart and you will see that 28.5p is an obstacle

We will just have to see what happens when the crowd of daytraders move on and the dust settles ....18p will be tested imv if the fence is not jumped ...

But this is IMM ....one just has to go with the flow for the moment !

Whilst the News is a life saver for IMM , it poses many questions that needs answers...

No point asking intelligent questions because most of the people here at the moment, know nothing about IMM and clinical trials and will have left by next week ...

Just Remember that This new P3 study will take up to 3-4 years to be completed and without any guarantee of sucess

Can you show us where in the RNS does it state that IMM is fully funded through 2020 ?

A placing will come and don't forget that IMM have to find the cash to tick them over for the next 3-4 years

starting from 2020 = 2023 or 2024

Imm needs to finance themselves uptil then ....
