Biotech investment requires patience and lot's of research ..... if one is lazy and impatient they should not invest in biotechs
These are extrodinary times but drug développement takes time so please stop expecting news every day or week even

Fast track with the FDA does'nt mean fast track with the patent office :-)

Anyway for the moment Tils has submitted a provisional application which will be followed by a full application when they have completed theiir due diligence

In the meantime they can move on with the clinical research work and hopefully request permission from the FDA to do tests in patients

That's what I am awaiting

Patent s take time , nothing to be expected for a year at least , imo

I would suggest that all patients should be tested to find their interferon signature before being treated with interferon beta because in some patients with a high interferon signature this treatment could do more damage than help ... imo

The same goes for clinical trials ... people should be screened before being allowed into the clinical trial ....

This is my humble opinion only of course ...

The interferon signature of all patients is the key to why some people will respond to interferon treatment whilst others won't

We all have different signatures

Interferon alpha , beta , gamma and it's subtypes

You could be right on the button oscar ... let's wait and see if news is imminent :-)

Will need trials and money to prove It , but that's going to take time ....

I am very much aware of the long term 'potential ' ... please don't get me wrong .. otherwise I would'nt be invested but what bugs me the most is the short term ´ strong buys who are unable to answer simple questions

How likely is it that TILS will benefit financially by a successful Sanofi trial ?

Sanofi has already got FDA approval for its il-6 and is already able to manufacture large supplies ....

TILS might be more effective but have no manufacturing capabilities or approvals ...

They will of course be a lot of speculation on possible takeovers etc ....imv

Don't forget ,

TILS have only just filed a provisional patent application ....

It's going to take time before any patent can/will be granted .

Why would Sanofi move up to maximum capacity ?

The answer is quite simple ....

The drug is already on the market for other indications so they are being cautious ....the extra stock won't go to waste if the trials are not successful
