Ryan Mee, CEO of Fulcrum Metals, reviews FY23 and progress on the Gold Tailings Hub in Canada. Watch the video here.
Hi Inaminute.
No problem here with yours and some others concerns. Although I think its important that new investors who read this BB realise that not everyone shares the same view.
He told us he would get us the licence. Many doubted but he achieved it. Do people honestly think Ry has got industry experts on board to string us along?
In all honesty I think some have bailed at 1.2 and were hoping for a cheaper reentry which they haven't got.
Nothing else makes sense to me.
Depends how selective you are.
Or they simply could be telling the truth. Which does happen to fit to the stage of the project we are at.
It will go through anyway as Redlee pointed out.

Not on rns alert here so posted link for those that need it.
My YES votes are in.
Perhaps people would have preferred it if the BOD had just said the current kitty of shares has run out therefore we need to renew it to keep the lights on.
Oh well. They cant seem to win either way at the moment for some people.
I hadn't seen this before. Thought others might not have either...

Well DB you have done well for yourself since you turned 'pro'.
I preferred the Novice whistleblower on iii all those years ago.
Pull the other one. I think you underestimate peoples common sense and intelligence here.
Potatohead or should I say Russian Turnip Farmer.
You don't hold shares here so no one will take any notice of what you say. End of.
There is clearly a reason why he's called himself Destitute.
I will be voting in favour.
Could Amc be looking at a share swap. Perhaps with Tom Bowens ex company in exchange for a regular payment to Amc they get a percentage of the company and Amc acquires a percentage of the other company.
Just some thoughts.
Thanks DB but I'm not sure its what I asked.
Personally I don't care who ponies up the money in the fundraises. The shares are generally sold into the market anyway.
Although I wouldn't mind knowing who took the 28m.
Perhaps you could explain Mike how DB reads this in the Rns.. "The Directors remain cognisant at all times of potential mergers, acquisitions or investments which would benefit the Company's business. Such potential transactions include acquiring interests in revenue generating assets or financial instruments within the mining sector to provide the Company with a reliable source of income going forward, or where the Company will be able to add short to medium-term value. The ability to complete any such potential transactions and investments expeditiously is key to the growth and success of Company and the Kun-Manie nickel copper sulphide project which is the Company's priority. As such, the Company wishes to have the flexibility to take advantage of opportunities as they arise and without undue delay."
And arrives at this conclusion...
.."Obviously there is no outside interest of any type"
Bs not by.
I'm invested in the company and use the info provided by them to make up my mind. What the doom sayers say is not even correlated to that info. Its just made up by thats why.
"Obviously there is no outside interest of any type"
Is that a professional opinion or do you have insider knowledge?
This rns has not come as a surprise to me. No problem from my perspective.
