As its the final compilation of all figures etc they will need to include the met data, separate copper concentrate data and rock mechanics before they know the total benefits that the final drill season has had. That's how I see it.
The licence was extendable if more material could be found. We have found more so don't see that as an issue.
I would envisage an application to extend the mine life/licence would ordinarily be officially applied for when reserves are booked with the relevant Russian agency.
