jefff... and jefff..! You've given this lse chat board always the same blah. blah. blah. on the US treasury 10 year interest blah. blah. blah and attempted to push the fear among us about a possible collapse of the Evergrande property giant that would affect our share and other shares prices too. Well we'll, it didn't happened they way you sold it to us and thankfully I knew that it wouldn't run in that particular order as the news its out already, the Chinese government will take care of the matter as have always done with their domestic affairs. Therefore, if you wish to know why I've and will continue posting with a 'Strong Buy' rating opinion, it's mainly that if I had sold up before I had the chance to watch the CMD presentation, the BoD could had released very important share price sensitive info that would not have been posted ideally in their 6:59am 9th December RNS. Moreover, although the shares were dropping like a stone by the time they were delivering their CMD presentation, the share price downward direction could have dramatically reversed on potentially exclusively info left specially for CMD. However, as we all witnessed, this did not happen and actually it was quite surreal for them delivering the CMD while Rome'our hbr shares' were getting burned to the ground, they continued as if there was a different company talking in the presentation and very rethoric too by the end of the presentation. So, based on my experience, I would agree with everyone that we got played along with big CMD that was a farce and we got hammded while we watch them happily switching in turns with their script based presentation with mistakes too. Ouch.(*_*)
Lastly, remember that HBR is still a company that will retake back that lost amount of share price value in a matter of days and perhaps weeks too.
Anyone would see that even with the Directors been in the red and some like Phil Kirk been closer to his £3.25 massive purchase, I don't think they will hesitate to secretely have a word with the MM's and get them to lift the share price before anymore happy bargain hunters continue filling their trolleys with cheap shares. Nothing last forever. Cheers.NoFear.(*__*).
