I'm viewing the cpi trades on level 3 ADVFN website. It shows that their software has calculated the 2,900,000 lot to be a Sell also because its an [O] trade which makes it more accurate to figure out the sells from the buys.
I'm convinced we're seeing the proof of shorts buying themselves out and that explains the jumping up of the price. Enjoy the ride up guys.

This appears to be a short action. This appears to be a Sell 1,517,586 Cpi shares at 12:11:09 gmt.
Share price sold at 21.5p [O] trade. That's what got us spiking up nicely. Shorts squeezing juice.

It's to do with China’s leadership now calling on Russia action in Ukraine as a 'War' and is falling short of not calling it an 'Invasion' to avoid upsetting Poo Tin. Also, China has commented that they've started to refuse sending them airplane spare parts and now Russia needs to look at India and others that are not following the Western countries imposed sanctions restrictions.
Anyhow, there is also infighting among coming in from the Russian State Media who have went on Air to say that Russia war in Ukraine is worse than the Afghanistan war and messy. Many Russian generals have days ago got fired for making up intelligence information that then resulted in Poo Tin not getting the job done in the time he'd wished. So, he's slowly but surely getting screwed by his own 'buddies'.
