R & M only have 0.04% invested [626,406 capita shares] and that was filed on Bloomberg on the 5th march 2022. it does not make sense because you're looking for a logical reason for the share price failing to rise with these new background purchases that have come from R & M own 90millions shares plus others too. I understand that the Ukraine war ect ect. had delivered an ever bigger blow to capita, but that has not stopped what you cannot see as I can in this moment of posting to you, a new breed of Institutional Investors grabbing 66million of Capita shares during the weeks that capita got hammered. So, yes those IIs got themselves a great bargain out of the share price fall but that was also because R & M was indeed the biggest driving force in pushing the cpi shares down. Also, many small pi join up with selling too as they feared doom & gloom. So, all in all, it was a total carnage. Cheers.

True I did hyped up, but Schroders had just finished shopping for more shares and had been updating their Bloomberg Institutional account around the shown dates as 5th March 2022. They have majorly increased across those newly set up fund plans and are definitely not selling up and you might be thinking.

Also, when I previously got those Bloomberg monitor images, I remember that I've uploaded here on the 8th March even though I had received those images on the 25th February and then on the 28th February 2022. Everyone here got the same images to look through as I did and you were the one that immediately went negative that there was so much been sold up. Actually, with the updated Bloomberg info, it evident that the other funds have been picking up the capita shares and that is more or less where also the MW short closed up quickly too. Bruv, I know what I'm saying and I also know that you're looking for capita to drop to the teens but the MMs will not let that happen; I'm afraid that is it for now. Talk on Sunday evening. NoFear

The previous funds have indeed sold out and the one that has legged almost 100% because they have only
now as little as 0.04% invested [626,406 capita shares] and that was filed on the 5th march 2022.
So, what I'm informing you with is coming straight from the Bloomberg terminal and you don't come to me
doubting its contents because I've been sincere for the benefit of everyone whilst I still believe that you've
come across as an investor that want Capita to go lower than current levels just to grab more cheap shares
and just because you say so.

In the meantime, believe me or not believe. On Sunday Evening everyone can make what they want out of it.

Aim, I'm sorry but as I will update this forum sometime on Sunday evening, I can assure you that wherever negativity is going around Capita, the funds managers are filling their pockets.
Check below one of Schroders latest purchase of many that they did and were filed on the 5th March 2022.
So, yes, Schroders are heavily invested in Capita but all through newly made funds names.

Schroders Recovery Fund. They have filed on the 5th March 2022 this 46,041,645 as 2.73%. It doesn't show as a previous position but as a brand new position and because is less than 3% for that named fund, they don't need to declare to us.

To all that are still speculating doom & gloom because Capita share price is stuck in the mid 20s ranges.
My source works for one of the oldest Stock Brokers firm in London and has been around before I was born.
Anyhow, today my source shocked me. The file is huge and has over 800 entries. I can also update here that
that millions of shares have been bought by these never heard before funds and they have between 0.4 to 1.25% brand new positions in Capita and these were filed and registered on the Bloomberg terminal between the 31 January 5th March and 24th March.

Moreover, I also want to reassure everyone that the selling in the background had nothing to do with capita but was
due to clients revoking mandates and funds using de-risking approaches probably also because of the Ukraine war too. Anyhow, please relax over the weekend as nothing sinister its going on other that other funds picking up what other funds had to let go. Lastly, the new fund that I already posted about; State Street Corp, has been investing in Capita shares since the 31st January 2022, 5th March and lastly on the 24th March 2022.

They bought for the first time 286,407 back on the 31-Jan-22 and then went for the kill around the 5th March with 13.5 million shares purchase. Then again, they came back with one purchase for 19.5 million shares and one for 20.7 millions shares that were both filed on the Bloomberg terminal on the 24th March 2022.
Therefore, it works out at them having a 3.84% stake in Capita equivalent of about 66millions shares including the smaller purchases made across their 28 sub-branded State Street Corp investment funds .

imo, its obvious that R & M last known cpi 0.7177 % that then filed on Bloomberg on the 5th March 22 as only 0.04%
was obviously bought out by the State Street Corp when they bought 13,479,156 or 0.8% which was the R & M last
position left to dispose under that mandate that we all know already.

I wish also to clarify that the above fund 13,479,156 or 0.8% capita share purchase was filed on the Bloomberg terminal on the 5th March 2022 which forms part of a group of other portfolio funds aggregated under the State Street Corp. Their overall total as of today is 20,710,544 Cpi or 1.23% in Capita.

imo, its obvious that R & M 0.73 % that was filed on Bloomberg by the 5th March 22 as only 0.04% was bought out by the State Street Corp when they bought 13,479,156 or 0.8%.

The picture is getting clearer and clearer.

Correction
The State Street Corp Capita purchase was reported on the Bloomberg monitor on the 24th March 2022.
So, it could had taken place days before or possibly weeks before.

Another Bloomberg update data release to taste your buds.
A fund going by the name of State Street Corp, bought 20,710,544 Cpi shares which is 1.23%. The purchase took place on the 24th March 2022. This information was seen today on Bloomberg Institutional Monitor at 16:45 gmt.

I just received the full extensive updated breakdown of institutional investors currently showing in Capita as
of today at 16:45 gmt.
For anyone that doubts my professional source information, be reassured that these is genuine data coming
off the Bloomberg professional terminal monitor.
Just to give a quick heads up, the River & Mercantile has only 0.04% left invested in Capita and this change
has been reported to the Bloomberg terminal on the 5th March 2022.

More information will be provided over the weekend.
Its not as bad as we may believed it has been.

Great stuff. Nice list of names. I wish they had dates next to the list of IIs so give us an idea when they had last been
updated. I notice that the red wheel fund has also under another mandate the control of Temple Bar shares held
in capita as seen in my Bloomberg terminal images. Also, red wheel has been doing business with Schroders too.
I would not be too surprised if those different IIs names are actually part of a bigger family of IIs that trade under
different fund brands.

In overall, according to Fidelity, it claims that Schroders has about 122,425,436 held in Capita as of the 22nd February 22.
Fidelity will update those five listed IIs positions when we move to the 1st April. Unfortunately, they only show five out of all those more institutional investors as seen in my Bloomberg monitor images.

I believe that Neil Woodford still holds Capita stock with a major holding of 3.4% held by the St James's Place UK High Income fund where he did run it for the national financial advice group.

I think that this might be the one that IR Stuart Morgan was referring to me during my phone conversation.
Perhaps this is what Neil Woodford place with St James Place to act as custodian.

I was told by Capita IR Stuart Morgan that the St James Place was the custodian of the Capita shares that were previously under the Neil Woodford management. Moreover, I also read few days ago on the Internet that St James Place will sell the balance that its held under their custodian agreement and it would be the total of all stocks that the Woodford had yet to liquidate and St James will do in next 6 to 8 months.

The official LSE trade of summary shows that there was only a [O] trade 18,474,451 cpi shares,
and only one [O] trade 3,575,971 cpi share for the 15:07:24 time.

Eatstocks has informed me that even if its not shown on the Capita official London stock exchange trade summary as cancelled transactions, apparently in the lse chat trade summary it was shown as deleted transactions. Therefore, if we can't trust the London Stock Exchange official data, I don't know who we can.

The buy volumes figure below are apparently incorrect according to the lse chat forum trades data.
Cpi. There was about [26,819,923 Buy Volumes] and [Sell Volumes 5,908,401 as of today 17:07 gmt

The Lse chat trades data says that we had the following by the end of trading day:
Buy Volumes: 4,819,574
Sell Volumes: 5,957,093 including the UT trade
Unknown Volumes: 133,045

Sorry for the confusion, but its the Capita Official LSE that quotes that the two large trades were good without mentioning that were deleted. You guys can make what you want out it. Bye.NoFear

The R&M had already decided to sell Cpi according to Cpi IR Stuart Morgan words as he said to me on the phone.
Stuart said: R&M will 'Transfer Away all of their Cpi holding' by order of the revoked mandate and will soon reach 0% holding in Capita. This was unavoidable action taken for other stocks that were held under that client revoked mandate worth about £930m.

So, with that 0.717% last seen held in Capita balance held by R&M on the 25th February, that would had needed another 12,087,565 to be transferred away(SELL) to complete the full 5.1529% that was held in cpi by R&M.
