Hi again. I think that St James's might still have Capita shares to sell up, but if I remember it correctly, these shares belong to Neil Woodford himself since he had his stake in Capita too. I'll look for that info and post it here ASAP.

The main people behind setting up the Rutherford Healthcare are known to me. Due to confidential reasons I won't go into detail, but nevertheless I still got issues yet to resolve against one of the directors and will get him sooner or later. Thanks God, we live in a democratic country and whenever something in politics stinks it always come to surface for everyone to know and make them pay for it.

You're both very welcome. It helps to understand why these funds have had to sell up their positions in Capita. We know R & M had a revoked mandate to sell up just under a
£1Billion of stocks companies shares including 5.3% that were held in Cpi. We know also that St James's Place had to sell up large positions of cpi positions too due to the clients of the failed Neil Woodford fund wanting their money back and its clearly shown in the 14th April Bloomberg cpi file. They were recently mentioned in an online article explaining what was to come by not later than early 2023. Moreover, Capita IR Stuart Morgan on my persuasion, back in past mid February, he explained that St James's Place was actually a custodian of the Cpi shares held on behalf of the Neil Woodford fund that Neil himself had a greater percentage of his investment locked in Capita and this too was due to be processed by early 2023.

Nevertheless, I've noticed a new breed of never seen before small funds names that have bought small lots of Capita shares and that is very reassuring as we wouldn't had known if we didn't have the latest updated Cpi Bloomberg file. It explains why we had a turbulent past twenty days of seeing the shares opening high for then fall. During these past weeks, unknown to us till today, they were having a great feeding frenzy while most of us thought the shorts were playing us when actually Imo, they were sellers wanting out followed by the new small funds of IIs wanting to buy their shares as it dropped back down.

Look for the St James Place and State Street cpi share reductions that are visibly different where you cross check it with the now updated Cpi Bloomberg file against the previous file. Analyse all the data and use the United Kingdom settings in your spreadsheet software so that you view the UK date format and not US format. Best of Luck. NoFear.(*__*)

Be thankful that at least you now know who's your enemy. If a stranger like myself is kind enough to let you know for free what's happening behind the IIs closed doors, I would be kind enough to thank them for allowing me to smartly invest and a be a wiser investor.

Hi everyone. Just a few points to make. Remember to change your Microsoft spreadsheet software to United Kingdom date format setting so that instead of been shown with the Bloomberg Cpi file with the American date format, you're actually shown the UK date format. Also, please please, try to take your time and cross reference the data against the previous 25th March Cpi Bloomberg file as there are many changes and needs careful interpretation of these new buy and sell events. Also, when you see names like Interactive brokers LLC, look at the third right from last box of spreadsheet where it says: Investor Type, where it will say Brokerage as this means the shares bought and sold under their company names most likely belongs to private small investors and not proper IIs investments. So, analyse everything like a professional investment broker would normally do in the course of their investments activities.

It should be read as '2022'. Sorry for little confusion.

You'll notice that the State Street could be possibly be the II that possibly sold that 14millions cpi shares
lot Unknown transaction seen on the 12th April and that got filed in Bloomberg against Cpi with date entry as 13th April 2022. You'll also notice that it appears that St James Place has sold more of its Capita shares in comparison to the 25th March 2022 Bloomberg Cpi grab file. More importantly, there are new IIs that have bought shares up and also some of current IIs in Cpi have increased their stake in Cpi. Please cross check it and pay attention to the date format that could be showing in the English format but also in the US format depending on you software settings

You can check RBC latest stocks ratings that been solely published by them.
Please enter the word: cpi and then wait for the word Capita Plc to appear in the left sided search box.
Then click on the Cpi word and click search. It will take a minute or two display the results.
It will be showing as: Validating Browser Please Wait... then it will be followed by the word Generating and that is when it will display the latest published RBC ratings for that stock ticker that you've placed in the search box.

RBC has actually posted a lower price today for Capita from 60 to 42p.
But just ignore them. They're hopeless with their ratings. Only few months ago they gave a buy plus £5 overweight for Boohoo shares which are sitting at under 90p and hit a low of 63p since that RBC plus £5 rating. So, the only Broker that I would slightly believe is Barclays as they're based in the UK and has worked with Capita too. So, don't pay attention to the RBC rating. They have a hidden agenda and most likely want to say 60p but are attempting to break holders of cpi by suggesting to exit at 42p.

Check for two entries of 500,000 at 14:19 and 14:20 in the LSE shares TRADES. They appear to be sells [O]trades.
That just go to shows that we have background selling and buying as I post this comment.
Insofar today, I've seen three 500,000 apparently shown as SELL [0] trades including the above mentioned.

Hi Guys. Just wishing to inform everyone that has invested in Capita, that my source that has access to the super expensive Bloomberg terminal, will be able to provide me with further Cpi institutional ownership full tree view data files as and when needed by me. This is very reassuring and will allow us to have the latest knowledge of the institutional investors big and small positions movements as and when they've happened. I will wait a few weeks to allow for background buyers and sellers do what they have to do in between themselves and then request a Bloomberg CPi updated file. Moreover, the Capita IR Stuart Morgan AR document that got published with the II's in page 77, does not have the updated data as the 25th March Bloomberg Cpi file. What really make me angry is that the IR S. Morgan, had not updated the fact that R & M had only 0.04% left in Capita as of the 5th March.

He had plenty of time to get them to update him before he posted yesterday AR. So, the fact that he put that R & Mhad as of the 4th March 0.717% is pure nonsense and very much absurd because they only had as of the 5th March only 0.04%. So, my question is: Why publish misleading data on the R & M last know update as 0.717% ? That's why guys I believe that you're all very lucky that my source has agreed to regularly provide me with access to their Bloomberg monitor. Lastly, I will be calling some time this week on the IR Stuart Morgan to give him a peace of mind. I might even go to the shareholders AGM and bring the question up. Best of Luck. NoFear.(*__*)
