Last year the results came out in August, but the year before they came out in July, on July 10th.

Do you know if the company has moved the date to August, or, last year, were they late due to some unexpected delay and this year we might expect them in July again?

It is a classic example of the market failing to spot value - the value of all the work that has been done over the last couple of years in building a bigger business.

Mike Read has made acquisitions that, we are told, will add value to the company. He has a strategy to build a much bigger company.

When the market finds out what got Mike Read's fingers twitching, then the true value will be revealed and the sp will rocket.

On that basis, I say that FLX is a classic buying opportunity.

I see that I am not the only person on these boards who gives credence to body language. Others are talking about it.

By the way, and gettng back a little more on topic, did anyone actually watch that video and see Mike Read's twitchng fingers?

No one has offered an opinion on it. If anyone has watched it, then I'd be quite happy to hear that I had completely misinterpreted it.

Apologies for going so way off topic, but we may as well meander, since, I doubt if we will have much to talk about regarding FLX until the results come out.

That part of the world seems to be very rich in gold, so there must be a good chance that further drilling will extend the resource - who knows - to double or treble it even.

Do we have anyone on here with knowledge about the laws against insider dealing?

With the FLX financial year just ending, and the annual results, no doubt, being prepared, I had a slightly obscure thought.

It takes time to print the reports, and so, the results must go to the printer's long before the figures are released to the market.

If I worked as a printer at the printing company and I saw that the figures showed a massive jump in profits and I bought some shares before the results were released, is that insider dealing?

This morning on the Business News section of Radio Four's Today programme, it was said that you can't trust company accounts. As examples, they mentioned several large, well known companies that went bust, but, up until the last days of their existence, you would not have known from the accounts of the financial mess they were in.

The guest on the programme was a professional investor, a fund manager I think, and she said that investors don't read accounts because they know they can't be trusted.

This is the second time I've heard that said on the Today programme.

But body language doesn't lie. It is stated here -

As we await the results for the year to 31 March 2019, let's remind ourselves of what he said last year about the results.

Note what he says about recurring revenues, the acquisitions and the three new members.

If, this year, any if those have failed to live up the expectations that Read expresses in this interview, then FK1 will be shown to be a sage, and we must follow him, but if it has all turned out as Read was hopeful of, then I can't see the share price staying at under 5p for long.

I'm keen to know if First Base has lived up to expectations.

I think that, what we are seeing here is a lesson in how to build up a company. It is a lesson in tactics and strategy, and don't forget the lessons in body language that I gave you.
