Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
Congratulations Stt1. For such a brilliant company with successful performance and growth. Excellent leadership and large cash holdings you have managed to unearth and distort so many spurious points. Well done!
If I remember correctly Mo made the point that they were a “grown up” company now and that unless there was something exceptional to report there would be no “updating “ outside of the regular reporting times of half year and full year results
So expect a progress report in September covering H1.
I am very satisfied with the progress of the business and would be happy with cash. But that has not been promised as such. How much and in what form have yet to be decided. Note that CF gave us a significant return in the form of free shares in Poolbeg.
Moniman. You do get carried away. The previous message made great play on dividends. Read my message. Listen again to what was said. The only point I was making was that we shouldn’t assume the distribution would be in the form of a dividend. The presentation made quite clear that it had not been decided how the return to shareholders would be made or how much wold be involved
You appear to be more concerned with what the company has yet to do than the progress that it is already making.
It has a clear model with data and deals that fit in with this. It updates us regularly on the progress it is making. I am sure that the company well understands what else needs to be done.
If your aim is to undermine confidence in the business- I can see no other - then you are doing well! I just wonder what your motives are.
Scinv. If Poolbeg just had a few guys in a lab I’m sure that you would be right but they have an unprecedented amount of detailed data and, the distinctive feature here, they are able to use AI to interrogate it. Their optimism is probably justified. Let’s hope so!
Apologies for being on the wrong board.
I’m a little suspicious of this message
The hVivo announce -as such- could just be the publication of the RNS. Not a separate statement by the company itself. This could have then been interpreted by Director Talks as a complete purchase of the holding. Sound familiar?
Let’s see if there is any communication by hVivo
Quite right. All that has happened is that his holding has gone above 3%. To 3.09%. to be precise. So a comparatively small number of shares could have taken him to the notification level.
I think that we can forget CF when discussing the present state of the business. Mo is very much in charge and imo is doing an excellent job of running the business. We are world leaders in HCStudies with a very large pipe line - some of it stretching as far as 2024. We have £20m. in the bank. Much of it is in non-returnable deposits so it’s all ours! We have low cap ex expedite needs and could use the cash for expansion here or abroad (America would be good)
We are expanding the number of H C Studies that we are able to offer our clients and expanding the services that we can offer them.
Our efficiency is increasing and there are opportunities for further benefits from increased scale. Capacity is no problem. IBIDA has increased and the aim is to get this to 20%
The name change aligns the company with hVivo which is the primary business and the name by which our activities are recognised - by customers, other companies, academics and and the wider world of HC Studies
In today’s presentation Mo stated that he prefers to understate and over perform. This might be compared with those in the past who misled the market by doing the opposite!
Our new FCO spoke well as did the other senior members of the team.
All to go for!!!
Hi. The promise for April 2023 was made by Mo in the presentation he did on the final results. At 1 hour and four minutes! Also half year results in July and interims in September. Didn’t understand the last point!
You are right. There are some desperate people around. They seem to be able to read but not understand or retain what they have read. It’s all there in the reports and RNSs
