I don't think they will settle. They have their new patent in America. They have serious counsel. If they were going to settle, like Eckoh, we would have never reached this stage. I think it is promising that the CEO of Semafone has been replaced. That PCIP are going all guns blazing with 1st trial next summer. They are adamant they are right.
