I admire your optimism Foxy but I remain sceptical along with the market according to the SP

Did he sell it to the markets easily? My understanding was that they were initially out for £10m and the shares of Fox were suspended for nearly a year to conduct this RTO. They ended up with £2.7m, £0.7m of that going to costs. Sounds as though they struggled personally. £2m is not a lot for a business to deliver on these contracts they mention.

I have read it thanks Truro. I still have my doubts that Q3 will produce any revenue, like I say, I hope I'm wrong. Building a factory shell is easy, fitting it out and commissioning is another issue entirely.

Thanks John for your support. Until recently I too was a shareholder of this business. I know this business well. The rewards look great I agree but the risk of failure is high. A new factory being built in Albania to deliver on these contracts, how long did it take this team (and it is the same team) at Fox to operationalise their processing factory some 4 to 5 years ago? In regards to Eco North, I agree with previous comments but capital is required to procure/lease a site, build a factory, acquire the production lines and pay a workforce to deliver. No developer in the UK is likely to sign a contract with a company with no money in the bank, to risky. Also on the litigation, I read that someone says 6 to 9 months we will have progress. How long has this litigation being going on already? I am just raising my concerns around a management team which quite frankly has failed to deliver in 10 - 12 years under Fox. I hope for all your sakes I am wrong.

Go to Google, type in Fox Marble Admission Document, download and digest the 256 page document. It has been there for over a month now.

Eco needs to deliver on its existing contracts and it was mentioned previously that this was a new Board following the RTO. I disagree to some extent, the two directors that have resigned from Fox are still there as per the admission doc as consultants with CG on £8k per month and RH on £3k per month. It is not a new Board, more an extension of Fox and with costs for it and the consultants totalling over £500k per annum it will be interesting to see whether their performance is better than it was at Fox.

I don't understand why people think the SP should rise based on the latest RNS release this morning. The RNS didn't tell us anything new from the Admission Document released several weeks ago. In fact I recall seeing the investment pack doing it's rounds end of last year and the plan then was to have the factory fully operational in Q1 this year, they are six months late.
