You make me laugh SLY and your naievty makes it so easy to knock you down a peg or two. In regards to my other investments they are doing well and on the up so don't use the market as an excuse. In regards to wet walls it is a valid observation, you may not think so. Something of that size will take weeks to dry before cutting and then delivery where the client will then pay. So we are weeks away from that and I stand by this business not breaking even until at least 3 production lines are fully operational. You are late by a whole 3 months, stop trying to fool the market with your incompetence. As I have said all along, the first production line will not bring this business into profit, it will need a second and probably even a third production line to be break even. This is a volume business and at the moment 30 houses a month will not sustain that huge board cost and the lifestyle of CG. Also I can imagine those walls are probably soaking wet, I would be intrigued to find out how quick they take to dry? I can imagine Albania being cold and wet this time of year. In regards to arbitration, more hot air from SLY. If ECOB are awarded damages it will be based mainly on a loss of earnings and since CG never sold anything from his working quarries, I think the Kosovan Govt are probably quietly optimistic rhat this will come to nothing. On Chile, again a lack of financial standing will prevent this business picking up that contract or any other large development contract for that matter. To many in this sector have bitten the dust with more liquidity.

Talking about due diligence, has anyone looked up these two companies that are meant to have contracted over EUR114m worth of development projects with ECOB in Kosova and Albania? Take a look at their websites, one has not filled out the review section of their own website. Very shoddy. Makes you wonder about their financial stability and credibility.

Anyway I thought you would be in a more jolly mood, the SP has dropped another 6% and that is what you were wanting.

We know the factory is complete SLY, we have seen the useless RNS and pics about it. When will it start producing panels and generating cash, that is what this community want to know. Again your spin on events is laughable.

TT I think Joe is referring to SLY banging on about some Chilean contract several months ago which was close to being signed as well as the MED lOI becoming a contract. Both of which have gone quiet. ECOB must be running low on cash, I don't see a major developer in Chile or in the UK for that matter, with ECO North, conducting DD on EcOB and being satisfied that it has the resources to deliver a major housing development.

Take his last post about shiny new equipment now installed, it maybe shiny but it is not new, Dominic Redfern had been using this kit for decades before ECOB got their hands on it. Also self funded multiple production lines. It is not self funded as this business has not produced its first panel yet and generated cash. It is just utter tosh and provides those shareholders on this board with a false impression of this business.

If he thinks this share board is a waste of space and irrelevant why does he continue to post on here?

Well this is interesting. Lots going on in this company? We are now near the end of November and more at the end of Q4 and still no information on the production of the first panel. Bluerill I think you said weeks ago that your assessment of the last RNS was that a panel was imminent. How wrong you have been . Where are these contracts SLY? I doubt we will see anything from this business before Christmas by which time the share price will be a penny stock.

Looks like another modular construction business has gone to the wall and they managed to raise $600m rather than a measly £2m after expenses.

LOL Joe, I see there have been two sells since the call. Sanjay you certainly are in a different category to everyone else, for shareholder destruction. One concern I have was Sanjay talking about self financing growth but then mentioning additional funding. Mark my words, these clowns will come back to the market for more money.
