Thanks reincarnated, you made me laugh. I agree £84k opportunity, wow and this business has been going for over two years. It also has a tendency to win these trial orders but no big orders following. Bluerill mentions £300k sales last year but you should also note, as per BigDoms post, director and consultancy fees of over £1m. Something is not right here.

So when they built their first broken wall 7 months ago there was a picture of it and an RNS. They have just sold their first house and there is no RNS and no picture. Doesn't sound right to me.

Good to see that Fox Marble reincarnate is delivering the same level of losses (c£2.5m). Has anyone been onto the Egeu stone website? I would, doesn't look like a developer with tens of millions of euros to spend. Stock images and interesting client testimonials (they are not even completed). I would have put my money elsewhere TT.

Is this the same production that you told us all would be starting at the end of Q1? I say again, this business model was built on pop up factories to deliver efficient, profitable and quick housing stock. It has taken this company a year after IPO and it still hasn't got its first line commissioned, there is something seriously wrong with this process. People on here will claim that a delay is not a problem and that we should all be patient, but this is having a detrimental effect on cashflow and shareholder confidence. Also I don't believe this business will break even until at least 2 or 3 lines are operational and at the rate this team are going that makes this a loss making business until 2028

Solid update? Sorry are you reading the same results as me. They are losing over £100k a month and at that rate, with very few large contracts in the bag (the NHS contract won't be big for two hospitals) it won't be long before they are back for more cash. With such solid results will you be putting in more cash?

Also the article mentions Wordsworth as a QC. I'm not sure where you have been, but we have a King now.

For God's sake TT, read the link that JoJo sent through it may say Eco buildings in the link hut it mentions Fox Marble in the article and Chris Gilbert as the CEO, both are not correct after the RTO. Go onto the Eco Buildings website, go to announcements, scroll through to May 2021, you will see the article posted then. Stop trying to make out that the arbitration case against kosovo is moving forward. It is not, just like this businesses Durres factory which still is making walls.

Sorry I must be missing something here JoJo, this post was dated the 19th of May 2021, not a week ago. There is no new news on Kosovo arbitration and no news on first revenue.

I got onto his profile and he has definitely left, completed 7mths and left in Dec23. Should have been updated by now on the website as this company has been running for 5 mths without a CFO. Don't expect the accounts on time.

Hi Cynic, take a look on LinkedIn and you will see that Farid left the business in Dec23. Interestingly he didn't mention it by name on his profile.

Thanks Lejjb, for the last couple of years this has been a dormant company according to CH. Amazed that they have secured a Gov't contract on the basis of their accounts.

We are now halfway through Q2 and still no sign of full scale manufacturing from Durres or even a house having been built. I think Bluerill promised us walls in Q1. Cannot wait to see the latest financial figures.

Have they actually built a wall yet let alone a house? I think not. From recollection, this business model was built on fast scale up factories designed to build quick, easy and cheap houses in emerging markets. 12 months on from RTO they have 1 broken wall to show for it.

I think TT it is a case of damning them for not. They harper on about the EuR115m contracts in the Balkans but it is quite clear they are not delivering against them, so what is the point of banging on about them. As per your post in response to mine previously, that is fine because these investments incur delays. I Think Jo Jo is pointing north out that they have had a year to get their s#£t in a sock but still haven't. Will you be pumping in money at the next fundraise ro support these jokers further?
