Thanks for your valuable insights Dibs, I completely agree with you. As per one of my comments many moons ago about giving this management team the investment for a new factory (Fox Marble) and then they didn't generate any revenue from it. The same, I am sure, will happen again here. I would correct you on Gilbert, unfortunately he is still here advising the Board. I am sure they need his valuable experience on how not to run a profitable company. BTW ignore Bluerill, he is a little stressed that he is still heavily committed to this business
I would add though that the company has updated the pictures on their website in the last 24 hours and I would have to say that these latest pictures look a little more promising than what was on there previously.
Bluerill, I look forward to your credibility being blown out of the water when EB doesn't manufacture it's first panel by the end of the month. Foxy has lost all credibility on here, even with his so called close knowledge of the business, as EB was going to relist with a lot of good news around new contracts. All we got was more losses and an incomplete factory. TAKE A LOOK AT THE FACTORY PICTURES, DOES THAT LOOK LIKE A FACTORY THAT IS GOING TO START DELIVERING EUR114M WORTH OF HOUSING ORDERS IN THE NEXT MONTH?
I would also add Bullish that we were promised a revenue generating factory in Q3. We are now in Q4 with pictures posted online of an incomplete factory and no immediate deadline for commissioning and production taking place. In the meantime the Board and senior mgt team have not been forthcoming in communications and have creamed £250k in salaries. If I was the developers I wouldn't be waiting around for these suckers to get their act together, I would go with another construction method. This company will need to come back for further money in the New Year
Bluerill read the interim results
The factory is expected to be fully commissioned during Q4 2023, with commercial production beginning shortly after.
You have to commission a factory before it can begin production, how do you read production at the end of the month? Also look at the pictures on their website, this production line is no where near operational.
Hi Bullish, yes at least it is trading again and investors can finally make their mind up whether they are in or out. In regards to the factory being operational, I don't think that is the case. Major components have been installed but it mentions that commissioning will take place through Q4 with the first panel due after that, so I would read production delayed until Q1 next year.
A superb update?!!! What a load of BS Foxy. Revenue has only increased because of damages awarded against some Indian company otherwise it would have been a reduction in revenue. Those impressive control measures that Andrew Allner has mentioned have resulted in an increase in admin costs from £1.7m to £2.3m and the loss has widened to - £1.9m. Oh yes that is perfect Foxy, where did you learn business cause where I come from those figures are the result of an incompetent management team. I see also borrowing is at £2.5m. I also see in the narrative attached to the figures that they are still forecasting factory completion in Q3 23, does anyone in the company proof read the rubbish they churn out, we are now in Q4. Don't get me started on suspension, how can anyone be happy with that? As John says, gives that idiot CG an opportunity to collect another £24k of our harder earned money and not have to communicate with shareholders. There is no factory update Foxy, you talk () & £
Long weekend away without the phone. Wondered whether there had been any movement in EB whilst I had been away, what a silly thought. So according to Foxy this Board is not of interest and irrelevant, well if that is the case why are you on here defending the company? Also I do have access to your Board Foxy, I hope City Girl gets better soon and in regards to me trashing person this investment, I don't need to, the coma y is doing a mighty fine job of it themselves. I see across several Boards now including this one, shareholders have had enough of no communication and an u tradeable share. WAKE UP FOXY, this is a dog!!!!!!
I have read all of this Foxy in the Admission Document, I don't need you regurgitating it on here. I am bringing a sense of realism to their aspirations and saying that what they are wanting to achieve would be difficult for an experienced management team to deliver let alone a team that has a track record of continuous failure of the last 12 years. Mind you, you seem to be more active Foxy on here I am wondering whether CG has gotten you to fluff us all up before the RNS' start coming out?
These clowns will require another raise at least, no question about it. Originally they needed £10m to fulfil their ambitions, they cannot deliver what they though they could on less than a fifth of that, that was all the City was prepared to give them. There is no way a house builder can deliver this EUR114M contract and all the other potential contracts that they have been bigging the market up on including Eco North on just £2m, it is not feasible. When you have so many housebuilders and construction companies falling into administration, developers will want financial security to ensure that they don't fail half way through a contract. Eco Buildings from what I see has nothing. This is a flop again at the nds of EA and CG
Same people in charge Foxy of Eco Buildings as Fox Marble, you fail to grasp this fact. They promised the World in Fox and delivered diddly squat. Similar to what has happened here. I was hearing about Eco Buildings last year when they started the roadshow, the presentation talked about first production at the end of last year, why has it taken so long to pop up these factories and production lines, clearly the model does not work.
foxy, they had, through constant share issues, one of the most advanced marble processing factories in eastern europe along with over 300m tonnes of marble, they still managed to **** that up and produce consistent losses.
LOL, got to admire Foxy's optimism and neck for congratulating Sanjay and Chris for presiding over a suspended stock that has dropped 50% since IPO. Foxy, this stock sits in the 80% category you mention but I know you will never admit that as you work for CG. How are you aware, unlike others, that production is starting this month?
You don't need to be in the City Bluerill to see that this IPO has been a complete train crash but yes, sources I have spoken don't see this succeeding. Bluerill, you may mock me but I know more about this business than you. Unless of course you are working for CG.
