TT I struggle with your enthusiasm for this business. It is being mis managed and the PI are not being told the whole truth. If they were the business would be rebutting the claims made by the Chilean company that they have not approached ECOB for a LOI. The certifications are a distraction to the real need of this business actually delivering any substantial revenue and profit. MC is right that a EUR1m in revenue for a business that claims to have an order book of EUR114M is pathetic. From my understanding the agreement with Kosovo and Albania for those houses was a three year agreement, this is due to expire in 12 months time, what happens then? I certainly wouldn't renew if with a supplier if they had failed to deliver on its promise to build several thousand houses and hadn't.

I agree MC, look it has gone even lower today. Bargain TT and Bluerill, put your money where your mouth is and buy more.

Thanks MC, the factory is over there along with several quarries, bought over a decade ago that have generated no profit despite having 300m tonnes of quality marble in reserve according to CG. There was talk of Eco North in the UK on IPO that was going to generate royalties on day 1, that has not materialised and now all this b#££*cks about Chile (please spell it right TT your illiterate t@#t) with a company that has denied all knowledge of it. So I ask what has been the point of the CE? We were told at IPO that we could build in the UK already.

I agree BigDom, this I heading further South. Would take a miracle to turn this around and some pretty stupid people with lots of money. This is a dead duck, another Albani failure.

Yes production finally started, 12 months after it should have done, an RNS on a major contract in Chile (try spelling it right) which was then denied by that business, and a continuing fall in the SP and a loss of value to PIs. Yeah great 2024 for investors in ECOB.

Tell you what bluerill you take the little uptick of 1.5p in SP from the EUR1m in revenue but what about the drop in SP from 55p? You not doing very good in keeping these SP's up, this and Zenova. At this rate you won't be getting a Xmas bonus from Gilbert and Albani. Oh I forgot, that don't pay you anyway probably, there is no money.

He is MC, as mentioned before, he and Gilbert know one another well.

MC I completely agree with you. This business will not release any profits through dividends to PIs it will pay its over priced, underwhelming and under performing BoD first before anyone else will see anything. Also Bluerill is under the impression that I used to work for this shower of @#%£. I haven't, I was on the receiving end of the initial presentations of this business when they were looking for their £10m IPO. The history and performance of Gilbert and Albani meant we didn't entertain the investment any further than an initial discussion
