Wow, another drop in SP and even after a general rise across AIM. Where is this first panel Foxy and Bluedrill? Where is the Chilean contract? Where is the progress being made on the Kosovo litigation. Oh thats right it is all fluff. As I have said, you can bang on about the first production line going in but this business won't make money from one line turning out 31 houses per month, it needs at least two or even thre lines to breakeven and make a profit. I don't see a second production line in the pictures provided.

You and your Board Foxy are doing a great job at shareholder destruction without any help. You have form though don't you with Fox Marble and the debacle that went on there? Your TG you mention is an exclusive collection of investors, heavily managed by you and giving you the opportunity, unhindered, to spout a load of spin about this company. You have conned alot of people out of their hard earn cash for your own gains and your response to Joe, one of your shareholders with a real concern, is amazing, bravo, 10 out of 10 for PR. The SP does not lie, this is a dog.

Ah, Foxy is back. Disappeared when the chips were down. You're right, Radika. It could take a little while. The RNS said commissioning through Q4, then production imminently afterwards. Commissioning does take time. Also this is one production line capable of producing at full throttle, 31 houses a month, that will not satisfy this EUR114m on its own. When is the second and third production line coming online? Mass production and scale is the only way they will maintain a healthy margin otherwise it will burn cash and will require another raise in the New Year. Also Radika, it was announced today that L&G's entry into this market resulted in £295m worth of losses. That will be in the mind of some investors.

From the pictures it looks like the equipment is all setup but in my exerience the hardest part is commissioning equipment, that takes time. To really capitalise on this factory they need to get that second production line up and running. Anyone else notice the number plate on the Land Rover in the pictures?

Thanks for your valuable insights Dibs, I completely agree with you. As per one of my comments many moons ago about giving this management team the investment for a new factory (Fox Marble) and then they didn't generate any revenue from it. The same, I am sure, will happen again here. I would correct you on Gilbert, unfortunately he is still here advising the Board. I am sure they need his valuable experience on how not to run a profitable company. BTW ignore Bluerill, he is a little stressed that he is still heavily committed to this business

And I would add again, that today has been another dump of stock so if this is such a great deal, why haven't you Bluerill and chums being buying up more shares?

I would add though that the company has updated the pictures on their website in the last 24 hours and I would have to say that these latest pictures look a little more promising than what was on there previously.

Foxy has lost all credibility on here, even with his so called close knowledge of the business, as EB was going to relist with a lot of good news around new contracts. All we got was more losses and an incomplete factory. I would also add Bullish that we were promised a revenue generating factory in Q3. We are now in Q4 with pictures posted online of an incomplete factory and no immediate deadline for commissioning and production taking place. In the meantime the Board and senior mgt team have not been forthcoming in communications and have creamed £250k in salaries. If I was the developers I wouldn't be waiting around for these suckers to get their act together, I would go with another construction method. This company will need to come back for further money in the New Year

Bluerill read the interim results

The factory is expected to be fully commissioned during Q4 2023, with commercial production beginning shortly after.

You have to commission a factory before it can begin production, how do you read production at the end of the month? Also look at the pictures on their website, this production line is no where near operational.
