Tick tock tick tock. 9 days until the end of the quarter that this company promised production and revenue generation. Do we think they will live by their promise? Do we think they will have tradeable shares?

Sept has arrived, one month to provide an update on the factory according to Eco's timescales. Do we think it will be operational before we get into Q4? Or do we think their shares will be tradeable by Q4?

There will be John, apparently when it realists they are predicting on the telgram group an opening price of a 100p. LOL

I have no confidence in their ability to forecast events after this episode.

Thanks John, you are so right. Everyone is over the moon on telegram about this RNS and Foxy and I am sure Gaza are over the moon. Why? They originally predicted a month to relist, this states that it will takeover twice that and to add salt to injury they have admitted to not withholding information on this business during the suspension period, it is just that they don't have any. Given this flop, I predict the factory not being up and running until Q1 next year by which time they will be back to the market requiring more cash.

FYI, I checked Sanjay's telegram profile and the last time he checked into the ecobfox chat room was over 10 days ago. Clearly he doesn't see any point in the chat room but also highlights a CEO that is not interested in reading the mood of his shareholders.

Hi John, I see Gaza and Foxy are setting up a little discrete gang to share more information with outside the rest of the shareholders. I would consider this insider trading if there was anything meaningful to share and of course, if the business was trading.

I just monitor Gaza, I enjoy watching you lot talk yourself into one of the worst IPO entries onto AIM in a few years. You have no idea what you are talking about, Foxy bangs on about equipment being available from failed modular construction competition when it is a completely different business model to what eco is trying to follow and you all believe that this is a completely different mgt team to Fox, despite me highlighting quite clearly that is not. Get real Gaza you have invested in a pile of pants, so much so that the Board are refusing you to trade your shares.

LOL John, yes probably. I enjoy reading the tosh in the telegram forum from I'll informed monkey's. They are now saying that the Board are waiting to strengthen the company through new RNS's before relisting and that this is a good sign that the Board know what they are doing, incredible. Surely the Board should have made sure the business was in a good position when it IPO'd? Clearly it wasn't and the market thought the stock was over valued from the start hence the huge drop in value. Now they have spent more time in suspension than they have in trading cause they have ****** up.

Interesting chatter on telegram this morning. Talk of the business holding back the accounts rather than releasing until they have enough success stories to release through RNS's and prevent the shares from dropping further on relistment. Clearly they feel the business is on shaky ground as it is at the moment.

Agree John, there must be a complete lack of confidence in this Board now from PI's. They promised accounts in July, it is over two weeks on from the deadline passing, you would think an announcement on progress would be forthcoming. I agree that any news they come out with now and the shares becoming tradeable again will see people just wanting to get out, no matter what news they publish.

I have heard from multiple sources the sheer lack of competence of this team. It took them over 18 months to disassemble and ship the production line from Dubai to Albania, if it took that long how are they expecting to deliver these rapid mobile plants unless they have a new design? For me they don't have the funds to design such a process as they only raised £2m and most of that will go I to delivering the current contracts. Also the cost to ship that production line was astronomical. I see them coming back to the market soon for more cash, especially when the factory gets finally up and running. I can see it now "great news everyone, the factory is up and running, however we have no cash, we need more". Typical CG

Poxy talks **** he has had an email from Sanjay saying that all is going to be well and there are some RNS coming up soon and he thinks it is all rosy. This is the same CEO that promised us audited accounts in July and trading of shares again in the same time frame. This management team have lost all credibility but as I keep saying they are the same incompetent shower that were running Fox.

Great Poxy, really pleased for you. Where were these rich backers you talk about when the company was trying to raise £10m and they only manged £2.7m? You are full of hot air.

No Poxy, I have made no money with these clowns, only lost money. I see your engagement withEB was just an email from Sanjay saying "RNS on its way", not exactly definitive is it? Wouldn't be surprised if one of the RNS' is on the acquisition of Albani's other money pit, Zenova cause it is fast running out of cash.

Thanks John, I guessed this would happen based on this management teams past performance. If it is not a con, it is certainly embarrassing and unprofessional. I re-read the RNS on suspension, they are definately late in getting the accounts out to their forecast and if they fail to accurately predict that, do we have confidence in them commissioning a factory and delivering profit on EUR114m contracts? There should at least be an update, as you say, they have spentmore time now in suspension than trading

I also see Bluerill from the ecob fox telegram post that Fox, who is close to the mgt team anyway, is citing the operationalisation of the factory as now a reason why it won't relist soon. I think there is more to PKF being the real reason behind the suspension. Also I had to laugh at Poxy suggestion that if ecob needed additional machinery to support growth, IIke's manufacturing plant is up for sale, it is a completely different manufacturing tech, modular rather than pre fab. Just shows Poxy's dangerous amateur view on this company and market which most of you seem to be taken in by.

Thanks Bluerill, I am aware that some of this has been due to PKF but we should also be aware that PKF were involved in providing the the auditing for the readmission, there should have been some fore thought that the accounts were coming up and PKF needed to deliver. I agree with John, a month of trading and a month in suspension since this Fox reincarnate came to the market. In the time it has been tradeable it has dropped in value by 55%, it is not a great start is it and the same lack of comms as we experienced with Fox is happening all over again.

Where are the accounts then TT? July was the planned release of the accounts. I don't see them anywhere. Again this business fails to deliver, or even at least give investors an update. I see Poxy has gone quiet.
