Quick study on TERN holding (sub company of 27%).

Musk can bid the whole company for much much less with promised for CEO / main holdings at Tern then tern holding will get much below as expected. This is one possible.

Second possible (Musk) will kill off this company and Tern holding get nothing apart of CEO/owner of (27% company that link to Tern) DYOR.

Not holding…… if these prove me wrong and I think this is dangerous bet (need in/out in same day).

That my view, it can go up or down I will acknowledge if I am wrong (SP higher) but I am stick to what Musk will do the cheaper way.
