Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
Not bad action for the us.They were short us for yonks a while back i remember and us traders lost interest.Seems we are up on great news and not just traders piling in.Let's hope the GC can pull off trial starting fairly soon and if we get positive uk ctap news well then it's obviously all brakes off imo.
True. That was when Elon, Cathy and Tesla were the hottest stuff since i don't know what! Now it's virgin galactic and clover health apparently and some weird danish pharma's adrs.
We need to get onto the stocktwits leaderboard at the top somehow.I guess it's all to do with volume, tags and viewers?Anyone know?Tils (tlsa) needs its own Reddit page asap!lol
Would be fun indeed if tlsa ticker got trending on the us boards.
Yep.Glad to be able to practice my german a bit.. well try to keep it up.. as i'm due to be doing a german module at the ou this October!I guess it's a smaller world than we imagine within vaccine making. The personal side of the scientists lives is really interesting to me.The poor female Chinese dr seems to never get to be allowed to sleep!
due to variants i think.Really sad for the scientists who worked so hard on it and everyone really.
They're just getting onto and talking about t cells now.Pretty cool program getting to hear the guys in charge speak and tell their own stories a little.
A car is never an investment (especially new), unless you need it for work purposes and it is susbsidised.Either a folly or a p@@nis extension if you are younger and lucky enough to be able to buy a porsche etc...
Nice to hear Chelsea.Always nice to do a bit of diy yourself or get others to help you out. Were you wanting / or did a fish tank a while back?I vaguely remember that(?).That's cool.It is lovely to do stuff up.What are you gonna do with the air conditioning units?
Hope it's lucky for you hasiba!
Novavax's results were great indeed. They were shorted by hfts today, not due to their 500 mill offering i don't think, but due to Boris and the G7's Covax Astrazeneca pledge. It's a longer term play like sclp obviously. We'll see how it plays out.
Dark pools aren't listed nasdaq i don't think like adrs or an over the counter us listing, which alot of aim outfits have been doing recently and fairly cheaply i'm guessing (as they claim research boosts liquidity).I'm not sure of the legal nuances reporting rules regarding dark pools obviously (i think they might be able to be delayed), but swaps can always get around stake-building (reducing) reporting rules if necessary anyway. However i don't see why that would be the case with us.It does allow an insitution/individual potentially (with or without knowing) to sell a bunch of shares in a share without tanking the price afaik. Thus potentially decreasing volatility but aim is always a volatile beast with many pis anyway.Inevitably retail pis will get the sore end of the deal price wise (just like on aim sometimes indeed!) in a dark pool trading against institutions but i doubt it will make much of a difference to most pis portfolios, especially if Lindy pulls it off!Greater liquidity in aim can only be a better thing (i'm hoping!).
Tizzie adr's are down currently at the mo but let's hope for a bit of a rally tomorrow.
Ah stabbed myself in the foot there...damn iphone..'not exactly bullish'...
I'm weary of prsm right now and not exactly bearish but not so sure!No offense intended to anyone but successful investors like to chat to others too and can be social too!6 posts so far...
Chelsea, I think i remember you were redoing your place earlier this year?Israel is one of the only places on the green list right now i think.I'm feeling positive for both England this year and even moreso sclp. That's all you can do imo and now it's upto the teams themselves.
At least Scotland have a half decent rugby team.I'm trying to get into Malcom Gladwell's version of 'capitalisation rates' nowadays.
Somebody knows something.. or just statistical regression?Whichever way, looking better than before!
Thanks for the detail Bermuda.
No idea why glaxo bought that particular mab so soon (as i'm not scientific enough), but there must be a reason like you said. From the standard article below, i'm guessing Glaxo bought because it's cancer related indeed.
Hopefully indicates an area of potential growth if you believe in Glaxo and their ceo's direction and sclp too!Let's hope she's right!I wouldn't say no to a Glaxo offer before reviewing it!!.Great to be in sclp!;)

Mab market is quite hot right now.I'm thinking alot of the science has been proven up through mabs being accelerated through clinical trials as covid treatments perhaps.
