Hurricane scored a notch on the ole bedpost a while back for the good guys but they had institutional firepower. The guys at Rockhopper are attempting something too i believe.
Sorry.I didn't realise he had before.Just a bit sour with not going with my gut feeling after the sp didn't pop on EL news.It does seem opportunistic now though.
Moody is!Aim is the home of the true puppeteers
Drifting at the mo.What happened to the phase 1 readout?
Then flipped for a nice bonus on his yearly salary for doing jack all.I must be @@@@@ sometimes!!First time Mike has 'invested' in the company??
Hate to say but perhaps Manro was right
The fundraise price is crazy with the EL now granted.Unless you consider that's a great forward selling flip since the EL announcement.Easy money for some.Bette be happy to have the open offer after the shares have been flipped.
Grrr maddening!!Sorry for the outburst.Must not doubt my cynicism in the future. They were placing all the time after the news.
when i suggested that for no sp rise on the news.Anyways... better check back in .. less often now.The market is definitely open for directors and those in on the game.. otherwise well.... better be happy with the scraps.I do feel sorry for the lths here. Not a surprise the placing get the majority or it would a genuine rights issue to 'thank' the lths genuinely funding the company.Primary Bid is a scramble for shares by anybody too.No doubt the placees, director and shareholder of the Company, have ceremoniously swiftly dumped before taking up their usual annual options. Can't believe it... yet i can.
No wonder they raised and forward sold.Tidy profit.
Nothing to say.Just glad i am not married.
Money to some is just money Speedic. We're investing what we can afford to lose and still live our everyday lifestyles.Give it time.Somethings will work out, some won't.. just like life.Very few, unless connected on the broker/mm side, can make a consistent living with aim.Delusional if you believe you can.
Another OU German student?I'm doing L313 next year for a laugh.Might see you there then.
I'd get with a more international broker, even as a second account.Sometimes cheaper is better but not always.
The science is still there.I'm not into chasing anymore but good luck.
It hasn't really. It has a good run and some hedgefund types are taking profits i'm guessing.Consolidation or might continue running..
Haven't popped in for a while.Takes me back.Pre-merger time last year and upto that disastrous virtual agm (for the sp anyway) were grand.'Twas really volatile afterwards til settling around here.Anyway i do understand the realities of setting up businesses and getting em running.Just reminiscing.
Hemo was more obvious imo.It was higher marketcap i believe and all hinged on one licencing deal. Then had that huge loan/convertible loan hanging over it.Evg had a chance (it could have gone either way) and still has good assets.
Rights issue would be good but can anyone remember when an aim company (not one of the few Asos types..) did one?I know they can be potentially expensive and take time but these companies and directors do take alot of our money for placings!!
Who knows. The sp should be higher and apart from a few very lucky with timing we haven't risen alot.I did wonder whether the company might use this to place, as obviously it's the best time to place on good news eh and aim companies are nearly always 'fully funded'.
Obviously (?)...nobody has a 100% success rate and if they say they do they're lieing or Bernie Madoff.
